Clean and comfortable apartment, around 15-20 min walk to the city center. Had a supermarket nearby as well. The apartment is equipped with basic utensils and washing machine (though we didn’t cook or used the machine). Had to ask for an iron and fresh towels, which were provided promptly.

There’s only one mirror, which is in the bathroom. It’d be great to have a second one somewhere in the apartment. Although we didn’t have any issues using the spiral stairs, they might not be suitable if you have kids or mobility issues as the steps are very narrow!

The apartment (loft) is cozy and modern. At first, we were slightly surprised how small it is, but gradually we have grown accustomed to it and actually felt in love with it :) You will have everything you need and for a couple it's just okay. The city center is just 10 min away, parking spots are available near the building.

The location is a bit far from the beach, but that's just how Catania is. I recommend using Moovit app to find near bus stops and connection lines (you will always have to use two lines to get to the beach).

Our visit was during some of the hottest days of summer, but the airconditioning ( in bedrooms and living area) was a welcome oasis to return to. Clean lines, modern, and crisp white sheets made it a very comfortable stay. The hosts were easily contacted and gave great advice and ideas. They helped in the practical manner of sending us numbers for the taxi ( you don’t hail them in Italy) and how to navigate the local buses and trains. A terrific stay.

I don’t think there was anything to complain about.

- no coffee machine, only camping stove for coffee - in our apartment was a washing machine included, but no drying rack (maybe we shouldve asked for it :))

The room was great. It had microwave, TV’s and cool lamps. It had second floor. The bathroom was clean and good. The TV’s have many channels and it’s only for hotels Sky edition (Italian TV operator) operated. Cool room with air conditioner. The staff was good. They told us everything about the room and other things. They scanned our documents and send you everything by email. Even it had transport from the Airport! Easy and comfortable.

We arrived a bit earlier and it was possible to check in and get to our room. The staff were super friendly and helpfull. The appartment was clean and you could find everything you need, even a washing machine and an ironer. The airconditioner worked perfectly and even though there are a few rooms, we were not disturbed by the noise of the neighbours.A very pleasent stay. Would 100% recommend.

The host was very promt and helpfull. I arrived very eary in the morning and we could let our bagages at the Appartament. Even we did the check in very early. The lady incharge with our check in was very nice and proffessional. The clean issue is ok ( Not supper -dupper). They let us even a very good bottle of red wine :) The beds are very confortable. And the sun is comming in the appartament in a very nice way into the morning.

We didnt have any view ( not Etna/ Like was into description, not the sea-only a small blick that we think that was the sea). The dusche was unbelivebile small ( if you are a big man you can not go into the dusche). The area is not very nice ( But I think only in the center is better/ in rest is a little scary). We did not feel secure into Catania. And the garbage is everywhere into the town, in each corner of the street you see mountains of garbage, at the restaurants you sit into the garbage..unbelivebile. We arrive on March---nothing was open at the beach..pitty. The lift was terrible...and many times not working :) we sit at 3rd floor.

Check-in went well, we were informed in advance, communication was very smooth and the hosts were very responsive. The contract signature upon arrival was a bit unexpected plus there is a list of costs in case you damage something; which is fine but since no one did the check-out with us in person, we were not sure if we would get charged later. Overall the company is well managed, we received a lot of tips and info. My only small note would be the kitchen - there were no cutting boards and no proper knives to cut bread or anything else. The apartments are not well suited for cooking. Also the trash/recycling is quite complex which is great for the environment but all of the descriptions were in italian only - here I would suggest providing an english translation as well, we were not sure if we separate all correctly.

Greeted on arrival to go through some documents. Shown how the doors work as there are a few coded doors and a locked door to enter the building. We were given a Ferrini home branded map of the city and advised of the best places. It was very professionally done by the staff

No major issues. The balcony isn't suitable for sitting on as there are AC machines but we didn't have time to sit there anyway

Great location, quiet at night, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, shops nearby, great fish and vegetables market very close

I had to sign a strict LEASE CONTRACT defining al types of penalties for damages and also provided my credit card number so that thay could take money for penalties after I left the appartment. e.g. "The Parties agree that the Lessor will have until 1:00 pm of the following day after the checkout (!!!) to verify that the property, the equipment, the goods and the furnishings contained therein are intact and functioning. " (there was no damage identified so no penalty was actually charged to me)
