It was very clean

The lock of the sliding door to the bathroom was defect, so that it was suddenly not possible to get into the bathroom before someone showed up and opened it with a tool and sheer force. My wife had to walk to the reception in person to find someone to come up after calling reception, housekeeping etc from the room was all futile. As the damages on the foto (taken before the opening this time) show that problem was nothing new and the lock should have been repaired before renting this room out.

Very good staff especially the front desk. Clean rooms. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner there. Very convenient place as it is near the freeway. Very clean rooms.

We had four rooms. In one room the TV remote was not working. May be no battery charge. In another the shower would not stay tight when fixed to the top ( room number 315). It would slowly slip down. Very inconvenient to take a shower.

The cleanliness and room Maintenance.

Pillows. U need to change those “rock hard” pillows. Also the reception staff should be more flexible in accomodating guests and their needs even. Guest is always right!

wonderful location, I was able to travel all the areas of sorrento, solarno, Amalfi coast, Positano and many others within 15-60 min, the staff is wonderful and welling to help and assist

Probably the best normal hotel near Salerno. Not sure why but Salerno really lacks decent midlevel cost Hotels. Novatel is another good option but beds aren't great. This hotel was good and Cava is a much better location. food is reasonable cost and actually good. Center Salerno has become a tourist trap with overpriced bad food. The breakfast was good here. Could actually get something other than a candy bar for breakfast. Got diner sent to room once and it was ok. Only negative was one night we returned to the room and the floor was over run with ants. Called down stairs and they acted like they didn't know anything even though I saw another review before I booked mention the ants. I asked for a vacuum to get them up but it was not possible (fav thing to say in Europe) vacuums are locked up. So we just went around with our shoes on sliding on the carpet killing ants. Next day they gave me a letter saying not to leave food in room cause it can attract ants. Here's a letter for you. Try getting a Pest control Service because people will eat in the rooms and have nothing to vacuum up with. Overall a good stay other than the ant story. Autostrada can be a little loud as well.

The rooms are clean, relatively spacious, with the facilities of a 4-star hotel. For those traveling by car there are numerous parking spaces.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, near the highway. Ideal for those who have a car and want to explore the surroundings. The staff is totally unprepared, they could not help us with any tourist information. Their English is quite limited.

Great Staff, Great Location if you want to move arround, Clean and Value for money rooms!

The lady who Checked me in was great, she explained the area as well as the various places where I can dine /drinks...Also the lady who serves breakfast was always very pleasant .
