The location was great, right in the middle of the historic center. Wonderful breakfast! The room was small but confortable, with a balcony overlooking the Main Street.

The main problem was that you had to leave the car 9 blocks away and either pull your luggage or ask the hotel to send you a taxi for 10 euros each way, which worked well when we checked in but at checkout they had blocked all the streets for a half marathon and we had to pull our luggage all the way back to the car and it wasn’t easy! (We were not advised by the hotel personnel the day before) The bathroom was quite small

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable, however, as we were at the front of the hotel, it was a little noisy late at night as is in a central location. Just bring decent headphones. However the central location works really well for easy access to the sights, the beach and lovely restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming Breakfast: Plenty of choice and can pay extra for fresh omlettes etc. Lovely choice of setting for breakfast, inside or outside in a walled garden Beautifully and tastefully furnished hotel, that reflects both a modern and traditional Sicilian style.

Location was incredible and it’s a beautiful old building. Breakfast was nice and staff were really friendly - it felt very safe and the rooms were comfortable.

We were expecting a shared roof terrace with views as well as a balcony - though we couldn’t find it or the photo of it is in fact a private balcony. The balconies are very small - we struggled to sit two of us out there with a table to just play cards. There was also often a very bad smell of drains if you were sat on the balcony!

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town near the beach. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely in an outdoor alley which was part of a restauarant that was not open for breakfast. Cefalu is a beautiful town where you can walk to the sea and there are restaurants everywhere

Parking was definitly an issue. The streets are very narrow and you cannot drive on them. Parking is in a lot or garage near an electronics store. Getting in and out was an issue using codes. They should have told us to GPS the electronics store and we would have found it. The hotel did provide a shuttle service for 10 Euros each way not per person.

Plumeria hotel is such a charming hotel in the best location! The room was cute and has a cute balcony. The best part was the staff, especially Angela at the front desk who was so sweet and helpful and really a kind soul. She greeted us with warmth upon arrival and answered out multiple requests and questions. I also saw her talking to a somewhat difficult customer with such kindness that I was very impressed. Glad we stayed here.

The decor of this hotel was so interesting! It really showcased the history of the area and the hotel. The room itself was really comfortable. I loved that we could walk to everything, too. The breakfast was also really nice!

Just would have liked washcloths. They're so hard to come by in Europe. Same with lotion. Be sure to bring your own of both! (The concierge did find lotion for me, though! They were great.)

Nice hotel in an old building in the center of the city. Friendly staff, nice view from the room.

The parking is 1 km away and we had to pay for the transfer. The heating in the room didn't work so is was pretty cold. Breakfast was way to basic for a 4 star hotel.

The location was great, just in the middle of the preserved old town and to the beach. Free hotel parking 900 meters away from the hotel because vehicles are not allowed to enter the old town. Suttle from parking to the hotel can be arranged by the hotel. Very nice and comfortable room with a small balcony. Very nice breakfast.

Good hotel with spacious rooftop terrace. In a good location, near the beach and restaurants.

We had been to this hotel before when it had an excellent restaurant, sadly probably due to the after effects of Covid it has now closed.
