Right size room with very nice balcony and view. Breakfast was good with wide selection of cakes. Very friendly and nice staff. Hotel is in a good location, in the middle between the city center and the beach.
Bed was the only thing we didn't like, neither the big one nor the little one. Think there was something wrong with the mattresses

The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. We stayed for the Ironman and it was the perfect location and the staff were so accommodating and kind to our group with the race

The hotel was quite modern with an elevator. The rooms were clean.
We could not sleep longer in the morning because cleaning ladies started their cleaning too early, they were noisy and were talking to each other loudly right in front of our room. Furthermore, when we came to dining room for breakfast, the plate with ham and cheese was almost empty, so I had to ask for more. It should be waitresses' job to add more food when the plates are empty. However, they were just talking each other not doing their job.
