The location was perfect. Plenty of shops around, parking (at charge) next to the hotel and less than a minute walk to the beach. For families travelling with kids there's also an arcade and rides 5 mins walk from the hotel. All members of staff were lovely specially the breakfast team who were very accommodating with our kids. We had a family room and the layout was great. It had two separate rooms and the entrance was big enough to store our buggy unfolded. We also had a huge balcony which was a great bonus. Definitely a comfortable place to stay for the location and price we paid.

I wish the rooms had coffee facilities or even just a kettle which would have been handy for families travelling with little ones that needs access to hot water. But the hotel staff were helpful with this. The hairdryer's handle gets too hot when in use, but didn't bother me much as I brought my own one.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. Super friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of (pre-packed) gluten-free options. The room was spacious (it was actually two bedrooms, which was great). Bathroom was small but functional. AC worked well. Power outlets were on both sides of beds and on one of the desks. Each side of the beds had their light, which was great for reading. And plenty of towels!

Wifi signal was spotty in one of the bedrooms. The shower box could use some small remodelling work but was doing its job.

We had a lovely stay, close to the beach(2 mins walk), restaurant next door (you get 10%discount). The hotel offers breakfast, rooms are quite big and very clean, with very helpful staff. The owner welcomed us and we got complimentary champagne and room upgrade as we had our wedding anniversary. The room had also balcony, which was lovely as we could enjoy the view.

The beds were two separate and made together as one double, even though we requested for double and it was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice, but whatever was left over from one morning, was offered next(bread was quite hard). It would be useful to have mini fridge in the room and bikes to be offered in the room price(on our previous stays in Cervia we didn't had to pay a charge).

The breakfast could be improved. The paninis were hard, there were no vegetables at the buffet table, and only boiled eggs. Some scrambled eggs or omelette would have been nice.

Despite the price wich was the cheapest I found online, the rooms of this b&b are basic but with new modern furniture and soft colors , room were very clean and comfortable bed . Also they have nice warm lights( I hate the cold neon light that many of the cheap hotel have, giving you the impression of sad hospital room). Also breakfast was decent ,though not so much selection of salty food for what I could see(as well as we experience in many Italian hotels) but I did not get dissapointed when i tasted the delicious croissants , making up for everything.

The king bed in our room had 2 single hard mattresses (united together) and after we let them know that we weren't happy about, the staff quickly offered to change the mattress, but they ended up giving us another room wich was nicer(more decorated). Also I had the impression that the last room was little bit bigger then previous one and the king bed had a very comfortable mattress to fit ( it was 1 full piece not made by 2 single and united) Thanks a lot .

location it has colaboration with a restaurant and a beach for discount clean even if I was late to check in, they ofer me a room

must make reservation for parking , but it was full breakfast was poor it has oscilation with the shower, one day I made shower with frozen water

Fantastic location next to the beach, sizeable rooms with balcony’s. Air conditioning very effective and good breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, could not recommend enough!

Everything was the best, the parking at the area of hotel (add.payment), clear room, very good breakfasts, the location of beach and San Marino. Quite hotel with good location and very friendly owners of this house.
