The staff was very friendly Very good breakfast Clean rooms The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and the food was great The hotel has a water machine in the lobby, so you could have cold/room temp or gas water.

The furniture is kind of old, at least in our room it was. No minifridge in the room If you want to book this location for ski in Cervinia you should know that there is a 40 minutes drive (one hour by bus).

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The price/value ratio was extremely good. Free parking and having our pets stay for free was a definite bonus. The hotel's restaurant was an absolutely positive surprise, with good selection of (local) food and wines, pizza for the kid, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast spread was average at best (but the Cappuccino was good)

EXcellent location with fabulous views of the mountains, this was a warm comfortable hotel with friendly staff, which made it perfect for a one-night stopover on a long drive. The breakfast was an excellent buffet, and the downstairs restaurant a real bonus - superbly cooked dishes from a varied and interesting menu, all at reasonable prices.

Perhaps better accessible parking off road, but we had a campervan which is always difficult to park.

The pillows were very hard it felt like sleeping on sandbags however this did not impact our overall experience. The walls are very thin (almost like a paper) you can hear every but literally every word from the other rooms, we heard tv early in the morning, loud conversations and phone beeping, but good option for 1 day stop. Definitely not for longer.

Unfortunately there was a group of young people. Very very noisy. We had to intervent. At the breakfast 4 persons were making 8 sandwiches to take home. We informed the woman from the morning shift. She said it’s ok the management accepts. Happy birthday the food costs of the hotel

The hotel was easy to find and very close to motorway access. The receptionist provided a very warm welcome and explained everything about the hotel. The room was very comfortable with an interesting decor. The restaurant ws excellent which was evidenced by the full occupancy over two sittings. The service was excellent and friendly.

We were woken at 2.00am by noisy people in adjacent room. They went quiet after we hammered on the adjoining wall - not the hotel's fault but annoying.

Nice and friendly staff and the feeling was like a small family hotel. Really priceworthy and nothing to complain about. Cheap price and I expected something to be less good but all was positive. Also a nice restaurant in the same building. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Sympathetic hotel, great service at the reception. Excellent breakfast with larger choice than expected considering we are in Italy. Didn't have much time to explore the facilities but seemed nice.

This is an old school hotel with door keys. You get one key per room and you better not loose it.

Nowhere to eat at the midday. Restaurants opened only in the evening.

Professional in every way. Quality restaurant attached with good service plus a comprehensive menu. Discount if a staying guest. Adjacent to motorway and toll booths. Oh, and a balcony was a plus.

Bamboo as a head board was a bit worrying thinking I'd broke it.
