Aria Retreat & Spa – A Tranquil Lakeside Sanctuary Our recent stay at Aria Retreat & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. Between the calming atmosphere, modern amenities, and a variety of rejuvenating treatments, it was easy to spend hours unwinding and recharging. Whether you’re taking a quick dip in the pool or enjoying a moment in the sauna, you’re never far from those spectacular lake views. Overall, Aria Retreat & Spa is an idyllic escape for anyone looking to relax far from the bright lights and bustle of city life. Nothing really, it was an amazing place

Most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Scenery is mind blowing, almost makes you not want to sleep because you can’t stop looking at the amazing mountains, sky lake and more… Staff made you feel like the most important people on them planet. I loved how they come to your door in the evening to provide you with snacks and drinks.

Everything about this place is top notch. Incredible staff top to bottom. Even when leaving the resort, you mention what you want to do and it is set up perfectly. I could go on and on about the service and how great the people that provide the service are but won’t ramble. All the facilities are incredible and there wasn’t even a minor issue (not even something that inconvenienced us for 5 seconds). One of the best stays you can have when you’re looking to relax while also being close to Lugano and the heart of Lake Como. It doesn’t get much better than this place and the people that make everything there work!

Considering it is a retreat/spa located between towns, the food could be a little better. This is NOT the chef’s fault; the food from the supplier is where the improvement can be made. Would happily pay a higher price for higher quality food at the Aria

Our family enjoyed our stay at Aria retreat and spa. Our suite was spacious, modern and very clean. All the stuff was very pleasant, attentive and always help when it’s needed. La Musa restaurant is amazingly delicious. We also enjoyed our lunch at Dolce Vita Lounge and Terrace. Kids loved the kids club and Il Basilico pizza place. The pizza is fantastic. My husband and I also had a great massages and other treatments and enjoyed the SPA a lot. Thanks Aria Retreat and Spa for such a wonderful memories !

I recently stayed at Aria retreat and spa, and highly recommend it. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities, including the fitness center, spa, and pool, were excellent. The restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this is an outstanding choice.

The resort was one of the best places i ever visited, very beautiful big and super clean, all staff are awesome, very helpfule and always with a smiley face, special thanks for Martina. the breakfast was more than we expect so delicious, they are generous with everything. Every thing was beautiful the view was amazing. highly recomended.

nothing actually every thing exceeds our expectation for a family no need to go outside the resort, there is aqua park for the kids and and beautiful infinity pool and large green aria for the rest of the family

Definitely a retreat not just a name everything you want is there and more the staff are incredible and the whole premise is huge and beautiful the views are breathtaking and so is the suite is incredible and seems new welcome snacks were there the parking area is very good If you are willing to calm your nerves for a while it’s the place to visit oh and the bathroom was incredible as well it’s too good to be true it’s like your own haven that you can enjoy

Fabulous stay from the beginning to the end!! Booked this place as a treat from my wife's birthday. On arrival staff left a little cake, complementary drinks and a birthday card a in our room! Beds were just the best to have the sweetest of dreams and in the morning breakfast was a feast!! Far above our expectations the view and size of the rooms! We strongly recommend it and we shall certainly come back!!

location is amazing; hotel is very new, modern and clean; most of all, the staff. Christian, Martini and Michaela were all incredible.

despite being listed as having air conditioning, they did not have AC because it was too early in the season to turn on. they made a special accommodation for me (the customer service was exceptional) and turned it on during the day (and provided fans), but I was a bit disappointed by not having AC while I slept.

Aria was incredible. The property is all suites and the rooms did not disappoint. The lake view was breathtaking. Truly a place of serenity. Staff exceeded our expectations and breakfast on the suite terrace was delicious. The Mediterranean restaurant was wonderful.

The property is a bit far from Lake Como; however, Lake Lugano central is very nice and has good shopping and restaurants.
