Old-style structure but perfectly maintained, looks like family-managed. Simple bathroom, but spotless and simply perfect, let's say wonderful, much better than in higher category hotels. Will visit again! :) I would suggest the hotel to publicly adopt and display a Green Policy (free downloadable policies are available online, for instance at greenwill.org).

For an environmental conscious future, I suggest to avoid non-renewable plastic wrapped single portions (in fact, any packaged single portion). The usual excuse of Covid is not valid, as any restaurant is perfectly able to serve food without these over-packaged single portions. Same for room toiletries.

Lot of improvement since my last stay! The cleaning is definitely better and always at the same time in the morning, about 11am which suits me very well. Independent air conditioning in the room is top.

Everything was good.

We got there starving after a long bike ride. It was a Sunday and nothing was open all day so we had been eating bars all day. The staff made us plates of cheese and bread and sausage, and included glasses of wine, all free of charge. The room was spare but very clean and comfortable. We were very, very grateful.

The communication between myself and the reservation staff before our arrival was fantastic. I was travelling with my 84 year old mother with mobility needs. When we arrived the hotel had reserved a parking space specially for us and the room was just as I requested

I couldn't increase the temperature of the shower but everything else was fine.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. It was our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely book a room again.

Very good heating installation, really warm room and bathroom. Great location in Conegliano, near the train station and the old part of the town. Comfortable bed and pillows.

It was pretty cool in the breakfast area in the morning. The breakfast assistant always seated us right to a glass door leading outside and the chairs felt like ice 😊 The breakfast itself was not various /first day we got only croissants and packed snacks / but it was tasty and fresh. There were no fruits at breakfast.

Could do with better soundproofing from outside traffic noise. That would be my only complaint.

A nice hotel in a good location not far from the main square. the staff were very helpful and overall i would recommend this hotel.

Limited car parking.

The location is really nice close to the train station, the room is a bit old, but really clean. The staff who is uncle is super duper nice. He really brighten up my tired day. I miss the breakfast because I'm tired, but when I go to checkout he prepared coffee, cheese, ham, bread, jam, cake, etc. for me to eat before continue my journey. Thank you so much!

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. They helped us out with local recommendations on places to visit. They also helped us make sure we could iron our shirts for a wedding we were going to!
