Amazing staff, clean facilities and rooms, great food options for lunch and dinner
Breakfast repetitive and same every day. Including in the package should have been morning and afternoon snacks but never available.

The resort was very empty and quiet due to the time of the year, located in a nice spot by the sea. I was very pleased with breakfast, the lady came to work earlier to accommodate our time for breakfast (my colleague and I had to leave early). Hotel couldn't provide invoice at the time of check in due to booking.com policy (money taken next day), however kindly offered different methods of getting the invoice to myself. I was pleased that the hotel did what they said they will do. Thank you for the very short but pleasant stay.
Stray dogs and puppies not far from the hotel and barking very early in the morning woke me up.

The apartment was not very clean, there were no cleaning products (for dishes) the walls had smashed mosquitos on them, there were hair in the shower. The pools were both dirty. We came there to relax and the photos looked great, however it was quite disappointing compared to the photos on booking and there was a very loud party and karaoke going on all day from 11:00 to 18:30, so we could not even hear ourselves talking and got no relax. I wish they would have told us about this before and maybe given us an apartment farther away from the reception area.

Room was nice and clean. Price was Ok.
The hotel should have been closed at the october. Restaurant was closed (just breakfast possible), one swimming pool was dirty and some wild dogs were running in the hotel garden (there was also dog stool in the children playground!).
