The location was awesome! so close to the beach and an amazing view from the upstairs roof balcony every morning for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was perfect for me and my wife. We had a nice short walk to the downtown area (about 10-15 minutes) and we loved being away from the downtown so it was quiet and peaceful at night and yet as I said a short walk to many restaurants and shops and unique little stores in this town. I was so impressed! I had no idea Otranto was so beautiful and had so many cute stores and places to go that were all open til 12/1am almost every night. Even 2am on the weekends I was told. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Amazing sea view from room and top floor terrace. Seaside just across the street with two fully equipped facilities. Room super clean and functional. Breakfast with fresh homemade products, tasty and delicious. Communication with owner was extremely smooth. Immediately responsive and really helpful when it came to agreeing in an earlier check in time. Staff super nice and helpful. Within walking distance from town center. Definitely recommend the property if you want to enjoy great seaside, beaches, crystal waters and peace of mind.

Thank you to Antonio and Roberta for being incredible hosts. We had the most memorable stay for 3 nights here. Such clean rooms with stunning ocean view and a delicious breakfast each morning. Roberta cooked the eggs fresh every morning with a cappuccino, delicioso! 10 minute walk to the main area of Otranto and right across the road from the beach. We even had flight delays before our arrival and Antonio was so understanding, allowing us to check in at 10:30pm. Could not recommend this place enough!

Superb shower and bathroom. Spacious with several private terraces to use with views. Five minutes walk fro a lovely beach for swimming. Spectacular 20 min walk into the old town. Great welcome from Antonio and superb breakfast service from Roberta. I cannot fault it and recommend it highly.

Minor issue- hand rails for the 2 flights of steps to the rooms would be a good idea

Room had a balcony with an amazing view on the sea. It was just great! Beds are super comfortable. Delicious breakfast served on a terrace (we were here in February but it was glazed so still perfect views 😊) few minutes walk to the center, during which you can enjoy beautiful bay and city landscape. Very helpful and caring hosts. I can highly recommend!

Great location a short walk outside of the town which was lovely to do at night for dinner. Very responsive and helpful host and staff. Breakfast was lovely and having it on the rooftop with a view of the ocean made it even better.

A bigger space would have been better and the layout of the bathroom was a bit dysfunctional in terms of positioning of door.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Very close to historic centre and the city centre. All walking distance. The area was beautiful. Would definitely stay in this B&B again. It was perfect. The staff were so lovely. Felt really taken care of. The owner gave a lot of recommendations of places to go and eat.

amazing location, room is quite modern and equipped with the necessary. the view over the ocean from our balcony was amazing too but what’s really the personal highlight for me was the proximity to the beach, city Center and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace! absolutely amazing, will definitely want to come back here! One of the best locations to stay in. Host was awesome and helpful. One of the best breakfasts in an Italian BnB. Huge Balcony and an amazing view of the sea. Nice beach to swim is just across the road and the historic city center is well within walking distance.
