The host of the apartment, Paola is so considerate, kind, and professional. We had an excellent stay. We kept in touch from the landing at Malpensa Airport and the check-in was very smooth! The location is right in the center and everything was within walking distance for us. Very well-cleaned and maintained apartment. Nespresso machine and Moka espresso were very helpful for us. The apartment has two air conditioning (living and bedroom) and works very efficiently, regardless of the heat at 36 degrees we experienced. There is a cute cafe right in front of the apartment perfect for breakfast and a few options of good restaurants nearby. I would definitely go back! Thank you, Paola!!!!

The rooms were very clean, all necessary household items were in the apartment. The administrator answered all questions at any time. The place is very quiet and there are also necessary shops nearby.

The air conditioner made strange noises when running, which made it uncomfortable at night.

Rather spare. It could use a decent reading light. Also, for a three night stay, 4 coffee pods was rather slight. I got more on request but it should have been anticipated. The manager did not explain much on checkin, including the limited time that she is around for help. Would prefer some soap to just the shampoo and bath foam.

Extremely clean, very convenient central location, excellent communication regarding entry and rules of the house.

Nothing! There was a small problem with the web-based entry app (didn’t seem to work), but we were able to initially enter and ultimately depart via other apartment guests.

price extra price for car park - which was limited & wasn’t always the same spot washing machine only used once and it failed to work properly towels need replacing as most seemed old and like sand paper sofa bed while nice and big needs a better mattress

It was in a great location, close to many ammenities and tourist attractions. Although it was located in the centre it was very sound proof once the windows were closed.

It was very hard to follow directions for parking because of all the restricted areas. There were no instructions for recycling.

The location was excellent and the room and bathroom were very clean. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended our stay additional 3 more days.

We have no complaint regarding the "Apartment". In fact we plan to visit again in the not too distant future.

This apartment was very close to the location of a class I attended. It was clean, comfortable, compact, well supplied with the necessities, and the wonderful staff person was very responsive to all of my questions. Thanks! I would happily stay here again!

This is the second time I have come to this apartment. The landlady Paola is as helpful as always, welcomed us nicely and explained everything. We hope to come again.
