The Hotel, conveniently located in a park a few kms out of Martina Franca, retains the trulli structure in the reception building and some other artifacts of a masseria. Well done! We used the small pool and the sunbeds were good. The breakfast was excellent and varied, with delicious local products (capocollo, figues, honey, etc). The staff is professional and very helpful ( they allowed us to anticipate check-in before noon).

The fan coil for air conditioning is effective only keeping the window curtains open, but then letting in the sunlight early in the morning

The hotel is a bit of a holiday place, which was expected, but the staff and amenities were very good.

The views from the rooms are disappointing as many look out onto the carparks. This is not a major problem, but would be nice for views into the gardens.

we pay the rooms in the booking moment (not refundable) and 1 day after departure there was an attempt to get the payment in the credit card (no doubt it was a missunderstanding, but not nice).

Fabulous place, quiet location in the green close to all ‘cool places (beaches, Alberobello, etc), nice swimming pool, super clean, lovely staff 🫶🏻

Wish I could stay longer

A luxury hotel with an incredible breakfast, friendly staff, super comfortable beds, lovely pool and lounging areas, topped off with free entry to a water park next door - the best if both worlds.

Ask whether there are any outdoor parties planned and ask for a room away from the reception area.

With the car (and you need, a car) it's, well placed to visit destinations coast to coast. Bedroom comfortable and setting in a park. Service, location comfort value for your, money.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. Staff were very attentive and made you feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. Special thanks to Martino, incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly. Daily good cleaning in the rooms with new towels. Nice quiet pool at the hotel for those seeking a more quiet environment but also an aqua park for guests who like a larger and busier pool. Breakfast was ample. The complex is new and renovated, with nice rooms and a restaurant located in the old trulli. From the accommodation you can visit interesting cities like Ostuni, Alberobello, Matera by car. Very attractively lit in the evening. Very good price, quality ratio.

Nothing. Besides the restaurant there wasn't any bar open in the evening, but you can go to the village Cristiano close by by car. And staff were so kind to serve us a good bottle of wine when we played card games outside on the patio.

Absolute beautiful location, great food at the restaurant. Location is great if you are travelling with kids since there's a waterpark on the property.

I loved the location of the structure as I was really for a me time. It gave me the opportunity to relax and not think of going out. Great place for a family too with the water park adjacent. The rooms are really clean and new.

Thè mini fridge was really noisy.

The hotel is really pretty and new, the room is good in size and bathroom is great. I had a nice time over there. The pizza restaurant is good, I have not tried the other one. Breakfast is good as well. The aqua park was closed due to bad weather, so we could not try it.

Sometimes they have events with loud music until midnight and over. Please at least let your guest know about it upfront so we are not cough by surprise and upsets our rest.
