Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty! Perfect location next to Terme, huge outdoor parking. We even lost the rooms metal key and they didn’t charge us anything and handled it with such elegance. The hotel may be 3 stars but the experience they give you is 5 stars. Bravo Albergo Sorriso!

I was recommended this hotel by a friend who stays local to the area and I was not disappointed. The room was brilliant with all what you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I return to Boario Terme I will definitely booked this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location in centre of town close to bus and train station. Few restaurants in the town but all a short walk. Nice clean rooms with balcony. Welcoming reception area. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and couldn't be nicer. Would stay here again although the town of Boario is very quiet. May have something to do with the lack of snow. The hotel has an excellent dinner menu, and has multiple vegetarian options. very busy lots of different people,including locals. Made our stay very enjoyable and authentic.

Hotel could have suggested more things to do in the area, such as local bike rides to very scenic places, lake moro or lake iseo. Both gorgeous. Beautiful cycle paths in Boario and hotel offer lots of good info about them on request, but a map or brochure for it would be good. Boario is a very quiet town, and there is not much to do if you do not want to nature hike or cycle. Perhaps it was time of year but very peaceful and quiet. Would not recommend staying here for more than few days, no fault of the hotels whatsoever.Excelllent people very accomadating staff, and they do excellent vegetarian meals..

The hotel is bright and airy. The deco is very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Food was hearty and tasty. We totally enjoyed our stay. The bathroom facilities are good with plenty towels.

No hot water facilities in the room to make tea. I know this is not the European/Italy way. But it would be nice to have a kettle on demand :-)

Everything, only thing was that I woke early because of doors slamming at 5am from other guests. People in the mountains I guess wake up early. Other than that great value for money, simple room but spacious and clean, and very nice breakfast.

Everything. I always stay here when I come to Boario Terme and the service and quality of food was exceptional as always. I have loved discovering Italian cuisine from this hotel and I always look forward to coming back. We arrived really late at night but they left our room key and a bottle of water at reception. That was so nice of them.

This is my fave place to stay in Boario. The staff are very professional and friendly. No request is too great. The food is amazing. When coming to Boario, if there is no availability in this hotel, I postpone my trip.

Extremely friendly staff, spacious and clean room and brilliant location. This was my second stay at Albergo Sorriso which was excellent as always. I had lunch with my friend from Boario which was also great.

Nice place near train station, beautiful balcony with view on mountains, great breakfast, clean, nice people.

A bit poor WiFi connection

Great place for a stop-over stay. Overall, good experience, and would recommend it for a short stay. The staff was so kind as to offer us breakfast, thank you for this!
