We chose the hotel to visit Venice (30 minutes by car). It is located in Dolo, on the bank of a canal, very nice place. We booked two rooms, as we were two adults and 3 children. Interesting key with an old heavy key fob. So you won't lose it. The room and bath are very clean, the price includes breakfast (quite good, and very tasty coffee), there is free parking. The hosts are hospitable, attentive. For a one-night stay, it's a great option.

the room is a bit dark, even with the lights on. Small windows, in the heat of the draught is not even. Entrance to the garage without the help of the owners can not find, we parked twice. First, a couple of meters in front of the entrance. We paid 50 cents to go check in. (it's not a problem, just a point of clarification.) Then we parked in a quiet courtyard for the night. the internet was a little slow.

Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel was truly exceptional. The variety and quality of the food offered were commendable, ensuring a delightful start to the day. Location: The hotel's location is praiseworthy. Not only is there free parking available for guests, but its proximity to the city, boasting of some great restaurants, made our experience even more enjoyable. It was convenient to explore and dine out in the city.

Room: We stayed in two rooms, and although they were situated under the roof making them initially hot, the air conditioning worked effectively to make our stay comfortable.

Everything was just great: the location at the city centre with nice restaurants around, beautiful and very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The check-in was quick, with very pleasant communication, we were offered a free parking at the garage of the hotel. Great value for money! The town of Dolo was a very nice surprise, we have planned just a stop-over on the way home, but discovered a great atmosphere and beautiful view of the city centre and couldn't help but join the evening crowd. Do recommend for staying when visiting nearby Venice, Padova and surraundings!

Hotel personal was nice and helpful, ready to provide all the information we needed. Room was big and we had plenty of space with our three kids. Master bed was big enough that our baby could sleep with us and other two kids slept in their own beds. Location of the hotel is in the centre and perfect for exploring city of Dolo, also halfway from Padua and Venice which was also convenient. Walk by the river and dinner at nearby pizzeria was also beautiful. Breakfast was nice and had everything we and our kids needed. Hotel has its own garage so that was also a big plus. I would like to recommend this place for everyone and we will come back for sure.

Everything was really good, no remarks.

Great albergo in the center of a small village. Amazing view from the window to the river, bridge and the central square, lots of restaurants and bars in two steps, but it was not noisy even on Saturday evening. Gracious owner who wait for our late arrival and provided everything we needed. The hotel provides generous breakfast buffet, fruits are great (never expected strawberry, melon and lots of other fruits in February!) Parking is free in the backyard of the hotel.

Loved this hotel. Traditional feel, simple, classic, very well run. Fantastic location with parking. Great breakfast and nice little bar. Cool spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Good bathrooms. Crisp white sheets and soft white towels. And the prosecco was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

There was nothing to dislike! The only slight drawback was there being no elevator.

The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom very clean. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits. Safe parking in a garage which is just few steps from the hotel. Thanks to the staff and their hospitality, we appreciated that the manager spoke English because our Italian is not as good :) We loved the surroundings, too. Dolo is a lovely small town (from our room we could enjoy the sight over the river and all the small cafés and restaurants). Venezia can be reached by bus in half an hour. The hotel has also a convenient location for travellers from central Europe to the south of Italy. We will come back, thank you.

This is a simple hotel - photos show its condition. What you can't see though is how nice, helpful and kind the staff is. I cannot recall such polite, kind and earnest service and for that reason alone I would happily stay here again. The location is very convenient for a short visit to Venice and/or Padova or trip back to Austria/Poland, the breakfast is very nice and versatile for italian standards. On top of it rooms are clean, dogs are welcome and did I mention the super nice and helpful staff...

Amazing value!! The owner is so lovely and will do absolutely anything to help and make your stay comfortable. Lovely room overlooking the river with plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast options in the morning too. Bus into Venice very close by and about a 30 minute ride away. Tickets available from the shop nearby. It would be hard to find better value than this near Venice.

Parking is a little tight but owner let us park in another spot which was much better.

Staff was wonderful, the place is special. We took quadruple room, it was ok. Beds comfortable. Good break fast. In the center of Dolo, un the weekend the was a lot of bars and restaurants around the valley. Dolo is amazing if you want to spend a night around Venice. I used it as last stop before going to Marco polo airport.

Bed can be more comfortable.
