Anna the host is fantastic 😍. She's friendly, helpful and very supportive. She made it very easy for us. We felt trusted and left us free without feeling monitored. On top of that, we could park for free and secure. I fully recommend it as it's very affordable and good quality/price relation accommodation. Grazzie!.

This accommodation requires you to hire a car as it's not that easy to reach by Public transport or on foot. You can always get there by taxi otherwise.

The host was really kind and helpful. The view was magnificient from the room. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast was also nice, it was enough.

Unfortunately, the location was not the best. There is poor public transport - during weekends no buses are coming and during the week if any bus comes it goes only at every 2 hours. We relied on the host's driver who was taking us to the center of Ercolano from where we could take a train to Naples or Pompeii. He was trustable and quite punctual driver.

Beautiful room, nice decorated and clean, comfortable beds, very well equipped and spacious - common to other rooms - kitchen, parking in the backyard. Our host Anna was very helpful in everything we asked. Perfect location if you have a car : just 5 km from Herculaneum excavations, 14 km from parkings near Castel Nuovo in Naples, 17 Km from archaeological park of Pompeii, less than 40 min drive ( ~ 45 km ) to Vietri sul Mare at south Amalfi coastline, ~ 75 min drive ( ~ 90 km ) to - amazing - Paestum.

Soundproof of the room could be better ( especially the door ). Not recommended for those who do not have a car.

Only the location

Old bathroom without window: very noisy flush, leaks from the flush tank (you get wet using the toilet), handle not working properly. Bathroom and sheets cleaning under the standard. Contacted the property by phone they were quite rude, at least they changed the sheets.

Very clean and comfortable.

If you don't have a car, or bike , the location is a bit of a hassle. No buses or trains nearby. They forgot about our breakfast on the first day , and there was a paper which said; don't use the kitchen if the staff not there. Never seen anyone in the 3 days while we was there so how is this even working ? 😅

Nice and friendly Anna helping with everything...She indicated me an enel car charging station, good restaurant and pizzerias, what to see in Ercolano....and Nice room, with a good view to Seaside. Parking also in the front of the building...

Access, we had a bit difficulty to find it at first. But than the sign on the doors and balcony. And u are there.. it is located close to way to Vesuvio. And if you Ask Anna, will help u with all.

Great place, near Herculaneum and Vezuvius. Owner recommended great driver to get us from Napoli Airport, around Ercolano and to Vezuvius. If you don't have a car rely on her driver.

I stayed here the night before hiking up Mt. Vesuvius and it was awesome! I chose this property based on location, but the room, amenities, and cleanliness were all great, thanks to a gracious host who makes sure everything is perfect!

We had nice room with nice view. Guy from repcesion was wery kind and location was perfect to visit Vatican and Rome via metro.

Uncomplicated communication with host. Private parking available. Sea view is very limited, but from the roof terrace it's nice. Breakfast is being prepared.
