Location was perfect! Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff here is OUTSTANDING. Every one went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Cristina and the front desk staff were attentive and helpful, offering great advice and suggestions on everything from where to eat to how to best plan out day trip to Venice. The breakfast was wonderful - a great selection of foods and fabulous coffee and juice.

The room was very clean, decorated with style, and the bed was comfortable. The location is in the center of town, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, excellent location. The breakfast was lovely, lots of fresh food, both sweet and savoury, I really enjoyed it!

There's really nothing substantial to complain about, the parking area is a bit small but it didn't seem a problem.

They've done a really good job on fitting modern rooms on this historic building. On top of that they provided a secure garage where we stored our bikes and the included breakfast was really good. It is well positioned at an accessible price.

The shower looks good but without a door or curtain to completely close it, it's hard not to splash some water on the floor.

Great walkable location, lots of nearby restaurants and stores, good parking. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed.

Small room with one chair, no closet. Strange bathroom - looks very attractive and contemporary, but shower always got the floor all wet.

Everything is clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were specially helpful, and came and did the room at convenient times. I liked the breakfast.

The catering ran out of black tea! I had to bring my own......!

The hotel was very well located for the centre of Feltre without being right in the middle of it. The parking was out front so luggage transport wasn't an issue. The room was a good size and when we had a small glitch with one of the windows staff was very prompt at fixing it.

The decor was a bit dated, but overall the rooms were comfortable and quiet.

The buffet was delicious for breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful especially Marisol?? who went above and beyond to help me with the train schedule.

The hotel is very central at the edge of the historic centre. It is modern style and very clean but the staff were so warm and helpful . We needed to arrange to collect luggage from another place and the lady at reception organised the whole thing so efficiently. It was a great relief as we had just finished hiking and we’re dusty and tired. The room was a cool air conditioned modern double with en-suite and everything worked perfectly. We had a simple continental breakfast the following morning and left clean refreshed and well fed. Many thanks

Very good hotel, what it promised it delivered. Close to the city centre , everything is easily accessible from there.

Maybe the soundproofing of the rooms could be a bit better
