close to the highway and new building. staff was friendly at check in. beds were clearly new which I appreciate, some may say they are a little firm. but I like it. windows open. plenty of outlets in the rooms. good breakfast at 0730 when it started, eggs, bacon, meats and cheese. bread, cereal, veggies and fruit, coffee machine. plenty of parking. we also noticed they had a gym with some nice Decor, although sweat was spelled wrong 😄. just gave us a chuckle.

we booked a king room, the bed seemed a little smaller then a king and it was set up for three (sofa bed) taking some of the space away. but our dog appreciated the extra bed space. we tried to sleep with the window open but the lights outside were so bright and there was a delivery truck loading and unloading very late at night.

I liked so much the property, the room was spacious, nice view, clean, the people treated us very well at the reception and in the restaurant.

Everything was ok except the breakfast. No milk in the coffee machine, a few employees to attend all the guests , there were no cups for the coffee , the scrambled eggs and the fries were cold.

The hotel's location was simply ideal. It proved easy to locate and is conveniently situated near an excellent restaurant, offering picturesque views. Additionally, the breakfasts were delightful, with an abundance of delicious offerings throughout the meal.

no restaurant/food at lunch despite it saying there was a restaurant and evenings were lacking in variety aswell

The hotel is a few minutes from the A1 highway. The room was very very clean and breakfast was very good. Very kind stuff. The restaurant was close and I wasn't informed of this during my booking. After my stay the manager called me to apologize about the inconvenience. It was an expected event and they were not able to advise in advance.

Breakfast was amazing, have an outdoor patio where you can sit and eat breakfast. Rooms were very clean and good size. The staff was very accomodating.

Location is on the outskirts of Rome but totally worth the trip to and from the city.

Restaurant staff was not very good (asking too many times the same question). Vacuuming the area during meal hours (too much noise) and menu was expensive and limited.

Great room, very comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom and big tv, everything you need when traveling for work. Breakfast very complete, sweet or salty breakfast.
