food is amazing, location too, but the best are the staff of the kids club, the entire team is amazing and take good care of the kids even out of the season. As a parent that wanted a break it was good to know that our sohn wanted to be in the kids club the entire time.

also a resort in which the english is a bit problematic. even for the people of the reception. Also, another thing that was not nice, it is a "by the beach resort" they should provide wit hbottles of water every day, not only with coffee, also teas are a variety that should be taking into account, not everyone is italan and only drink tea.

- Stunning location on a beautiful peninsula by the sea - Friendly and helpful staff - Comfortable, yet functional room with good beds - Lots of facilities - a well equipped gym, tennis and padel courts, a large and beautiful pool, easy beach access, kids club and kids pool with slides etc - Sunset drinks at the bar were amazing

- Breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially the coffee, way below Italian standards. Also, there was very little variety, and only one type of cheese, one type of ham and one type of salami that never changed throughout the whole stay - A room was rather small for a triple and far from luxurious. There was also only a small window, so it was quite dark, however, on the upside, it was possible to completely darken the room. Overall, we slept well - On the weekend, there was lots of noise from the nearby bar. If you want to go to bed early or travel with kids, request a room that is quiet and far from entertainment.

The location is simply stunning, and the food is amazing. We loved the live music in the evenings, and the main pool's depth is perfect for children.

I only drink decaf, so it would be great to have decaf options in the room, such as decaf coffee or tea. We are a family of five with three children, but we traveled with other family members, so one of our children had to stay in another room with extended family, which was not ideal. We would love to return to your resort as a family of five since we were very impressed, but your resort doesn't have larger family rooms that can accommodate three children. I hope you introduce them soon.

The hotel itself is lovely, rooms very clean & comfortable & quiet. Pool area great with lots of sun loungers. Beach lovely too. Valeria in poolside bar was exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which was a big help. Hotel kindly accommodated us with a late check out which was great as our flight home was late in evening.

We were a family of 4. half board for 6 nights, therefore had buffet restaurant included for breakfast and dinner. Choices were very good, but we didn’t have lunch included. To add lunch to package would have cost €30 per person per day. Definitely over priced for buffet lunch, so we didn’t add. The bar menu is very limited with only 3 options which and not good value for money. We drove to Cefalu 2 days for lunch. I would highly recommend hotel having a more extensive bar menu with casual food options. We enjoyed our stay but 6 nights was more than enough here for us.

Mangia's Pollina has a really beautiful location with a lot of facilities and two great beaches. The resort is modern, stylish and clean. Breakfast and dinner was tasty and diverse. We liked the most dinner at the beach, under the stars which was made even more special by the magical voice of talented singer Sara Emilio.

Room was much smaller than expected. It turned out that Booking illustrated the superior double bed room (what we have booked) with the picture of the more comfortable superior triple room with a much larger balcony. Although that wasn't the resort's fault, they didn't offer us an upgrade. Check-in was very slow. It's a big resort, everything was kind of impersonal. Many staff member didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate with them.

The resort is really well laid out using the nature to it advantage. Multiple restaurants on scenic locations. Enough selection of food and beverages. Enough space so there is always a spot to enjoy the beach or just the sun. Would highly recommend this resort; try to avoid the school holidays to fully enjoy the area, if you can.

It would be good if they orient also a bit more to English speaking guests. Although most staff speaks English it did cause for a few confusing moments. Funny example is the adults area is only mentioned in English not Italian so you end up with Italian kids running around. Also be aware that Italians are glued to their phone and have long conversations on loudspeakers for all to enjoy; even when you try to enjoy a romantic diner overlooking a gorgeous bay.

The property itself is absolutely stunning. Incredible views, and amazing to have access to the beach. Amazing landscaping. Our kids loved the kids pool.

When we arrived we were notified that only the pizzeria restaurant and the hotel buffet were available for dinner, and that the other restaurants had already closed. The restaurants opened at 7:30pm, so with two toddlers who ate early this was a challenge because we were located so far away from other restaurants. We ended up getting taxis often into Cefalù. The buffet option for breakfast and dinner were okay.

Basically everything .. great staff, great location, great amenities mini and kids club staff are wonderdul, bar staff and service is fantastic, the brioche ice cream is addictive.. The beach area and cafe is great, and the Pizzeria is fantastic !! Family had a great and wonderful time..

Beds are good but can be a bit more comfortable. Food in general was average at the main reataurant depending on what you choose with many varieties.. it was good at the grill reataurant and superb at the pizzeria .. But Sushi restaurant was below average, that's the only place i would say stay away from.

Beautiful setting and lovely bright, airy and clean rooms. Facilities like the pools and bar were great. Grounds were expansive and lovely for a walk. Great buffet and nice selection of food. It was great to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our shopping cool.

Beds were too hard and the hotel didn't really cater for children (they had no children's menu at the restaurants and they only provide fizzy soft drinks for kids rather than things like milk or fruit juices; you could however get these things at the bar area rather than the restaurants). Some of the restaurants were closed so it was limited to pizzeria or buffet (we went at the beginning of October).

Location is superb, views are spectacular, the ambient is super chill, grounds are special and unique. the staff are super dedicated and very helpfull, i would like to extend our gratitude apecificaly to Josephe rhe receptioin manager who was going out of his way to make us feel at home and very pleased. So is the lady who was working at the experience booth. As for the rooms and the buildings ...they could use a face lift a bit out of date. Fur sure can use some upto date decos.
