A simple and efficient flat . Great for a one night halt. It is located inside a gated complex with security gates with access controls. In an area outside town so no stores or restaurants near by. Arrangement to get key and access worked after some initial hiccup. The caretaker lady is very prompt Great for a one night stop. Recommended
Kitchen is barely Ok . I think the flat is still being set up. I could hear my food and eat but not possible to cook unless they set up the kitchen fully. No place to plug in Microwave

It's very nice and comfortable. The person running the place respects the COVID-19 safety rules. The car parking is spacious and well organised, and you get a remote for the gate. I recommend it for all those who are travelling by car and don't mind staying outside the city.
These are really minor things: there was a little of some unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and there was no wine opener available. There are no signs for CasaMia at the gate, so we found it confusing and easy to overlook. But the person from the B&B was very responsive, so she quickly sent us some pics that helped us find the right gate. As for the breakfast, you get vouchers to a Street Café that's in the city 5-10min driving away. The café is fine, but the staff doesn't bother to wear face masks. Also, you only get a piece of sweet pastry for breakfast, so if you hoped for scrambled eggs, cheese or ham, you'll be disappointed. You can, however, get a small portion of toasted bread with ham or salami for an additional fee.
