Gabrielle, the owner of this place, makes it feel like being at home when you are on trip. He is very friendly to every and each guest. Nice rooms, clean and equipped with all necessary furniture. The food and wine is exceptionally good. The territory landscape is made with taste and care. There is a beautiful swimming pool. All staff that works in the Antica Pietrara is very friendly. Laura was my angel there. She was so supportive and helpful with all travel related requests. I will be back to Antica Pietrara for my next visits for sure.I strongly reccomend this nice place.

The hotel consists of 8 large guest rooms with terraces overlooking the lush green garden and glimpses of the views beyond. The staff were really helpful, allowing us extra time for our breakfast, fixing the hairdryer when it broke and giving us excellent suggestions for our days' outings. The location is tranquil and calm. Breakfast was modest but adequate with fresh fruit, home baked cakes, fruit juice (bottled not fresh), yoghurt, a couple of cereals, tea or coffee. Would highly recommend.

The pool wasn't filled as it was March (they open it in May!) But they had told us this beforehand. Otherwise everything was great.

The owner was incredibly attentive and was friendly and helpful. The lunch at the restaurant was very good and the pool is nice to spend the day. We had a small baby & the owner made sure we had two sun loungers under the shade. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms are dated and unfortunately due to the location there was a lot of mosquitos. The breakfast was also limited and service for the coffee was slow but this was due to only being 1 lady serving the breakfast.

A beautifull building in green, park-like surroundings. A perfect hideaway near rome with everything you need to relax. clean, air-condtioned rooms in country house style, friendly and attentive staff, nice atmosphere, great pool area and good food at a reasonable price. Perfect location to visit Rom, its beaches (Fregene, San Severa) and further pittoresc places such as Calcata. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet and the possibility to request other things such as cheese, ham, scrambled eggs etc.

Our rooms (14 and 15) were somewhat dark which however did not bother us too much since we spent more time outside the room, e.g. by the pool or with exploring the surroundings.

Nice area, staff & the pool is amazing! Family atmosphere.

The public way to the area is very bad. You should not go with a sportscar there.

A beautiful property with character and charm. Our room was a dream! Loved the classic, homely style. The hosts were exceptional, inviting and really took care of us. We loved it and hope to be back!

Beautifully presented property. Peaceful. Wonderful restaurant. Exceptional staff, attentive and kind. Good location for Rome. Excellent internet. I was there to recover from surgery and the staff were very sweet. I seldom give a 10: this was a 10.

Only criticism is that the internet is slow but when you are there to relax…. Oh and be warned there is no evening meal on Sundays

Stunning house with multiple rooms in a gorgeous Tuscan setting. Tranquil and serene. Gracious and accommodating hosts. Highly recommended and just 30 minutes outside of busy, bustling Rome.

Lovely place in the italien country side. The host family were all very friendly and helpful. The amazing restaurant had a simple but super tasteful menu. The pool area was brilliant. The perfect place for peaceful and quiet holiday.

The madras was thin and the frame very wonky.
