Excellent location, very close to the main road, with gas station and quiet neighborhood. Room with great comfort, very beautiful, with balcony, very clean and with all the facilities, great size bathroom inside the room. Free Wi-Fi and parking. The owner helped me a lot with recommendations on places to eat or what to do during my stay, as well as waiting for me for a late check-in. Very pleasant atmosphere with a thoughtful touch with water and sweet in the room. I recommend it and will be back as soon as possible.

The elevator is very slow.

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, bed was big and comfortable, you can get a good night sleep. Bathroom was clean and modern. There was also this balcony with a table and chairs so you could sit outside. With the room, you get a complimentary water and candy which was a very cute touch. This booking was definitely great value for money.

The only thing we didn't like was that there wasn't a mini fridge in the room so you can't cool your water/drinks while there. Also, we paid extra for breakfast but we only got plain croissants and coffee/juice. Serving time for breakfast was also a bit short, from 8 to 9.

Visited for one night as part of a motorbike tour. Owner and cafe staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was more than suitable for my requirements, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short distance from the motorway and there is secure private parking to the rear of the hotel which is closed at night, which is a bonus for those of us that stress about our motorbike security overnight. The cafe is small with a pleasant local atmosphere and used by the locals offering simple snacks, sandwiches, cakes and pasta dishes with excellent coffee and varied cold drinks. My room was a single bed allocation to the front of the hotel and though the hotel also has a petrol station as part of the grounds/area, I had no issues with noise, and the added bonus of filling up before departure at local prices and not the expensive motorway costs. Less than ten minutes walk is the town centre that is a must to visit with some interesting buildings and a lovely centre with cafes and restaurants. An enjoyable one nights stay which enhanced my journey through Italy.

Room was very clean and had all the comforts. There was also attention to details as complementary bottle of water for each person, nice decorations on the bed on arrival and some candies. Staff were very nice and friendly and breakfast was very good as well.

The only thing that I can complain about was the lift that despite was new and in great conditions was a bit slow.

We stayed for only one night but it was a great place. The manager was kind enough to wait for us to check in as we were stuck in traffic and could not arrive in time. The room was quite spacious and with a terrace, AC and a small TV. It was quite near the main road and accessible.

Slow elevator and no possibility to take the stairs

The room seems be had renovated recently, beautiful despite of simplicity. the owner was very attentive supporting me with questions about cities around and other doubts. The breakfast was very good and at night, I decided to have dinner at the hotel an it was also good. The hospitality was excellent and I do recommend to stay at this hotel if you want to know around Frata Polesine.

The lift was very slow. We were a bit surprised that the accommodation is actually part of a petrol station, but no noise was heard in the room.

Room and bathroom newly renovated and nicely fitted in. Comfy bed and warm well-pressurised shower.

The lift takes ages to take you from ground to second floor, literally a minute. But, I guess that is time to practice patience and think about life. After all, it is in Italy, where people enjoy taking it slow.

Very nice and clean room, with airco! I was in transit with my bicycle and I could put it in a secure place so that was nice. I wanted to leave earlier than the breakfast was supposed to be so the owner came personally an hour earlier to give me some fresh croissant and coffee.

Great value, very welcoming hosts and very nice location, exactly where I needed it.

Very slow lift and no stairs 😁. But that was it and I would definitely come back!
