Pleasant accommodation in a secluded location, in a large garden with a large swimming pool and peaceful surroundings. A few minutes from Montecatini Terme. Also close to Lucca. Room also suitable for a family with two children. Very tasty breakfast, great price and cute cats. Also working wifi, which is not always a given in Tuscany 🤭

Amazing and lovely place to stay! Laura was super welcomming, gave us great recommendations on where to eat (La Gola di Bacco is a must!) and it was always fun to have a talk with her. 😊 The room was spacious, the beds were great and we really liked having AC in the room. We enjoyed breakfast outside with view on the garden and the pool. For us it was the perfect central place to visit cities nearby. We also enjoyed the company of the cats. 🐱

Not being able to stay here for a longer period (as it was a 2 night stop on our way to Napoli). But it's definitely on our "to visit again" list. 😊

Amazing place. It was fantastic 2 weeks. Green area, at the end of village. Big swimming pool, really clean. Calm and quite place this is exactly what we needed. Nearest local shop in 3 km, can be reached by bike. In area of 10 km lots of local restaurants. 7 km from railwail staition, where you can find trains to Piza or Firenze. Laura is a great host, kind and helpful. Highly recomend!

Perfect in all aspects

The house was very nice, its location was convenient for discovering the nearby bigger cities but still enjoy a bit of the Tuscan countryside. The garden was beautiful, we could use the pool all by ourselves, it was very relaxing. The bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious. Laura was a really nice host and loved the cats too!

Beautiful big pool with plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. The garden is huge, perfect for football or throwing a frisbee. The cats on the property are great, especially Goffredo, the best one!

Very nice villa with a big pool in a well maintained garden. Big and clean rooms, excellent breakfast including prosciutto and cheese. The hosts have been very friendly and helpful. For us it was a perfect stay.

The bedroom was super comfortable, the staff so friendly and the place is beautiful! Perfect to relax.

very calm place, the pool is absolutely clean and comfortable at 40 degrees outside. We wanted to be near Píša, Lucca and Firenze, it is the best place in the middle of these towns
