- The price is amazing! We paid very few for sleeping and having breakfast. - The hotel is 5/10 min walking from the train station - The staff is nice and pleasant

- The lights in the room are half white/cold half yellow/warm and the ones above the bed are not useful for reading at night.

Loved the lovely ladies at the reception, very kind and polite, the new girl Noemi was very helpful and I wish every Hotel had a reception like that.

Our short stay, wish I stayed more nights there. will defo come back.

The Italian breakfast buffet was served behind plexiglas, we found this hygenic in these times. We had some transctions problems by check-out, the hotelmanager was very helpful and understanding with the situation. A renovation is due for rating standards.

The hotel parking is one kilometer away from the hotel. At check-in a small dosier with basic information would have been helpful.

1. Absolutely disgraceful smell from the bathroom - mix of bleach and stench. 2. Staff was really disrespectful towards us. Both waiters during breakfast were mean to us the moment they realised we don’t speak Italian. On both occasions they took our plates and belongings and moved them to another table saying we can’t sit at that table because it’s too big. How about other couples sitting at 6-8-persons table? Also if there’s any system to sit people down, it would be good to know it beforehand right? At one occasion breakfast waiter shouted to me when I was on the other side of the breakfast room “Hey, what’s your name, tell me your name” and proceeded to mark it on the list. They haven’t checked names of any other Italian-speaking guests, only targeted us. In terms of staff’s behaviour the same goes for check-in and check-out experience. They were really disrespectful to us. Also charging part of payment for stay in cash and part by card wasn’t communicated. If you need to pay municipality tax by cash, handle it yourself or inform me upon booking I need to have cash. Only the red hair reception lady was kind and did her best to help us in English, the rest really treated us like intruders, not guests. 3. Small and inaccessible parking. 4. Inefficient air conditioning just mixing cold air with hot air. The room is really small, I can’t even comprehend how it was possible for air conditioning not to function properly. Also, the machine was connected to radiator where the water was dripping making awful noise at night. 5. One elevator for this amount of rooms and 4 floors is ridiculous. 6. Breakfast staff should focus more on making sure there are enough croissants rather than moving people’s plates. Also, they keep on opening coffee and juice machines because they malfunction after 30 minutes of breakfast start. I can’t recommend this place and it’s a shame we stayed there, while there are dozens hotels with better quality/price ratio in the area.
