What an absolutely brilliant place: the room was fab and the terrace was amazing. Right in the heart of town and conveniently located to many restaurants and bars. Breakfast was excellent and the host (Toni) was delightful - he came for a chat, to check we were ok and if we needed anything. Parking was really easy and very safe and convenient.

Everything with the B&B was perfect - wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We only came for one night (a stopover on our travels) and made the mistake of that day being a Monday as lots of the restaurants are closed (as is the norm) - if you have a choice, choose a different day. However, we did find at least 2 or 3 places to eat that were excellent!

We booked this accommodation an hour before arriving and we found a gem, una meraviglia! We were given very clear instructions quickly on how to park and self check in, and we got a lovely surprise when we got in as we hadn't even realised the view from the terrace which was beautiful! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated in a rustic style and the breakfast set up is brilliant, fully self sufficient but plenty to full up on. We liked it so much we added a night and will undoubtedly return. Gavi itself is a wonderful town to wander and we had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We had Internet issues at one point and we were actually working that day, and the owner went out of his way to help us out. He is such a lovely man. All in all a wonderful find! Perfectly placed in the city centre. Very cosa space with amazing view of the river and fields. We had 2 rooms and one dining room with a small fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom was super clean and neat.

We advise to ask for a bigger room with a terrace. We thought to book it, but it appeared that we got just a deluxe room, which is on the lower floor, but with a small kitchenette.

Bull's eye central location. Very quiet and clean. Earnest effort to maximize comfort in an ancient building. Very kind and helpful host. Great parking garage just a block away. A fine place to get to know a distinctive and historical town. Plenty of hot water and great rainwater shower. Appreciated Toni's help in bringing our bags up the stairs. Lovely view of the river. Excellent "budget" accommodation.

Breakfast was rather basic. Radiators were on a timer that we couldn't control; rather cold much of the day. Our room and the "breakfast room" down around 14 steps. Would happily have paid for a better breakfast and a change of towels. Meant as a constructive criticism. A slight price increase to accomplish same would suit more travelers and still support the owners.

Very nice and cozy. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully furnished.

We had also room for breakfast which was in our apartment and it was monitored by a camera (probably because the breakfast was already on the table the night before) so that we would not have the breakfast sooner. We found this supervision awkward, unsettling and unnecessary, since there were already only three portions on the table why would it have mattered if we ate something before morning if hungry?

Lovely B&B - we had the room with the terrace which had great views and was perfect for breakfast and relax in. Toni was really welcoming and friendly, helped s to book a restaurant for our first evening. Comfortable and perfect location, with free secure parking nearby. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, in the Gavi centrum. Short walk to everywhere. Garage was a brilliant to have. Breakfast nicely served. All in all everything was well organised and we got good driving instructions + other tips for our visit.

Really nice and cozy, boutique like type of accommodation- lots of small but very well thought details all over the place. Close by parking , easy to find, easy to access. The fresh small of the laundry made us feel like home.

The wi-fi was not working properly and our roaming didn't have the best of reception in this location but it was not too much of a deal for us.

The location is near the centre of Gavi on a quiet one-way road with several good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was self-service and simple but adequate. We were provided on the day before arrival by Whatsapp with a map and means of access to both the B&B and its secure carpark, together with suggestions for eating. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and furnished with exceptional taste and our room had the largest bathroom of our four locations during our stay in Italy this year. Strongly recommended and if we are in the area again will stay here. If you get the option, choose Room 3 which looks onto the river and has a large terrace!

Excellent location and secured parking gives additional value. The room is not big, but enough to sleep. A very nicely decorated bathroom. A pleasant surprise is the breakfast, very well thought out.
