We liked the large albeit old fashioned rooms. Staff were good. Location was ok but we could walk to main Giardini Naxos strip in 10 minutes. Pebbly beaches but the water was amazing.

I found the breakfast very average. We had stayed 2 nights in a Catania hotel before we arrived and their breakfast was so much better. We had room service one night as well and that wasn’t up to much. Lunch near pool bar was ok. The pool vultures putting their towels on the sun loungers first thing in the morning and then going off to do other things was very tiring. Needless to say we didn’t get a chance to try the pool. Thankfully the swim in the sea was much better.

We stayed here for 2nights after travelling for 9 days. The hotel checkin was very quick and efficient and the room was extra large with super comfortable bed and a beautiful ocean front view. We just wanted to stay and have some down time after 9 busy days and we did relax here with the beautiful pool and access to lounge beds on the pebbly beach.

Found it unusual that the lights in the overly large lobby bar were pretty much non existant. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly but rather slow and they don't always serve drinks down by the beach as we were told we had to head up to pool bar to order.

we had a nice stay at the hotel ,breakfast was lovely lots to choose from,waiters were happy to take our order for coffee. we would have liked to sit outside except for the smokers . Beach was nice ,pool was popular with families . the hotel staff were helpful & friendly ,close to local restaurants ,public transport .

We were disappointed in the fact that we paid good money to stay at the hotel but we were then expected to pay a extra 25 euro for sunbeds at the hotel beach .

A large beach hotel with pool and spa. Each room has its own balcony. Although our room was a little dated in it's decor it was comfortable and a good size - we had a deluxe one overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. The shower was over the bath and there was plenty of shampoo / conditioner available. Fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. The back of the hotel has windows with views over to Mount Etna. Breakfast was very good, ranging from freshly cooked omlets to fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals and croissants. The pool is very pleasant about 20 meters long with plenty of loungers around - worth going for a swim early when its quieter. There is easy access onto the beach with lots of loungers available there too. I booked in for a 50 minute massage, which was amazing - highly recommended. There isn't a huge amount to do around the area, apart from stroll to the restaurants nearby in the evening or take a taxi / bus to Taormina or I can certainly recommend the Mount Etna & winery tour. Very pleasant hotel, which is currently undergoing renervations on the top floor.

A week before we arrived, there had been a very bad storm which had washed away a lot of sand from the beach. So there were diggers pulling the beach back from the sea, to create a more pleasant beach. As a result it was mostly a stoney beach rather than sand, so would recommend water sandals to go in the water with.

Wow! This hotel was worth every penny! It was the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel bed! Couldn’t believe how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The pool was beautiful - perfect temp! Room was clean and the buffet was really good, fresh and heaps of options to pick from.

The pool area is small and doesn’t offer many sun beds but people come and go so we did always find a spot eventually. Food and drink were heavily inflated I paid $6 euro for a big bottle of water and $5euro for a can of coke.

Very Spacious lobby clean and tidy! Beautiful breakfast with lots to choose from. Very clean pool with lots of lounging chairs and great private beach front access. Very friendly restaurant staff and bar tenders! Nico was our favorite!

The Rooms available were dated and need an upgrade! I do understand that this is going to take place and some have started on the 6th floor. I hope to return back to the hotel and stay in a upgraded room with new amenities.

Exceptional views of the Ionian Sea with great facilities including a really nice swimming pool area. Location was also good.

Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on a lot of the time - seemed to be a training issue or lots of new staff. A lot of managers floating around not helping the staff either which was strange.

There are a few places where the hotel seems a bit old and needs improvement (like the bathroom), but I'm sure the Marriott group will take care of them. The room service came always around 13 pm, when we tried to sleep because of the heat. One day we missed the room service because of that.

Loved the swimming area, views, room, staff- thought was good value for money. Thought the look and decor of hotel areas was lovely. Loved having breakfast overlooking pool area.

Loved everything - tiny critique would be to replace the mattress foam on the large sunbeds as could feel the metal frame. Also maybe lower music playing on beach - Italian radio with adverts wasnt the best for ambience!!

An excellent large clean room with a balcony ..2 big queen beds .daily supply of water and kettle and teas. There were good cupboards and drawers .The room had a small but nice bathroom with a bath and shower . The room was cleaned daily. There was an amazing breakfast every day which we ate on the outside terracing . There was a lovely clean pool and plenty of sun beds .a private beach attached where we were supplied with clean towels and a sunbed and a life guard was on duty on the beach daily . Staff were so helpful with any holiday gliches we had and always had time .

Our room did not have a good view but no doubt if I had paid more money I would have had a sea view! No complaints.
