The staff were so friendly and helpful, the main reason why we gave 8 out of 10. The pool was nice. The free shuttle was really helpful. The room was spacious and generally clean. The cost of the hotel was excellent for what you get. Definitely worth a stay despite my negatives! The negatives are there to just give constructive feedback to the hotel. It is far out but with the shuttle, it was a 40 min train into Naples. Very easy to achieve especially if you are driving like us. Nobody wants to drive into Naples... Look at the car parked there to see why lol.

The shower wasn't really a shower and the bath needs a deep clean. The Aircon didn't really work at night for some reason making sleep very uncomfortable in extreme heat. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Really struggled to sleep here. Aircon, showers and pillows need a look at. However, overall the hotel was lovely and I would stay again... Might just bring my own pillow and a fan.

Hotel premiere was a lovely hotel. It was very clean, the pool and surrounding area was spotless. We ( a family of 5) well and truly enjoyed out stay and spent a majority of the time splashing about in the pool. It was great value for money. ( the whole area seems considerably cheaper than naples/florence. The staff were very accommodating.. The cleaning staff in particular were very friendly. We really feel like we got a bargain.

Let me start by saying The hotel itself was great 👍 I would however recommend you have a car hired if wish to see the area Properly. There didn't seem to be much taxis available. But this was down to lack of research on our behalf 😕 the beach area is great with an array of cafes etc.. just the route from the hotel to the beach was a little rough 😬 😕 about 15mins walk. Other than the hotel and beach there wasn't much else we could do without a car. But this suited us fine 🙂

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Cinzia on reception who gave us some great tips for discovering the delights of the area. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient

On the weekend the pool area was very busy, but I guess that's to be expected in the summer time. Some teething issues in the restaurant in the evenings, but the hotel were fantastic in response to this

The hotel is in a remote area, to go to the center you need a taxi or shuttle bus to liquola station 20 mins . Also the staff in the reception are friendly however they don’t always provide a full information about tours and activities. We had to find out ourselves. No sound isolation.

The swimming pool was good, the room and the breakfast were good enough. We had lunch and was ok.

Air conditioning was poor and it was very hot during the day and at night, it was difficult to sleep. A bulb was not working, where the suitcases were so we had to use the iPhone light to get clothes out of suitacses. It was mentioned to the receptionist but nothing was done.

It needs some maintenance. Wasps hives outside the lower windows, my wife has been attacted. After explanation of the problem at the reception it was not immediately solved, not solved even until our departure. Shower can do 2 positions, but it doesn't hold in the hand one. Air-conditioning seems not working properly or the filters were stuck. What was for us the worst, was the disgusting smell of pillows. It was like the mixture of swet and cigarettes. No even 2 blanketts over didn't solve the problem. Maybe it was just rare room after samobody dirty, or it was not washed deeply long time ago.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Thanks for the hotel staff for their related behaviour. Room is so clean and user friendly. If you will stay near varcaturo in Napoli, I offer them Hotel Premiere.

Everything is fantastic clean update. Well appointed pool was exceptional. Breakfast was phenomenal. Price was incredible.

Well, obviously, it’s in Naples. If you have to go through Naples this is the place you’re going to stay because it’s certainly an oasis in Naples.

Some of the staff could have been more attentive, tables not cleared in the eating area, ashtrays not cleared after people left the pool area.
