Sara at the reception was super friendly and she explained everithing to us. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the "paied to entry" beach, and aroind 20 minutes from the "free" beach. There is a limited amount of parking in the Hotel yard, so if there is no place there you can park on the street or in the 2 designated parking aeras (but saturdays there is a huge market so it is prohibited to park there, keep that in mind as it has positivley suprised us, we walked out of the hotel and saw a loooot of people and goods :) ) The breakfast was delicions, and there was a variety of food and drinks. Overall the hotel is very clean, and the staff is super friendly!

Employee in the reception was very helpful, show us where to go, and where is secured parking. We had balcony in our appartment that i considering is big plus during summer night, so you can sit there and enjoying your vacation. They had possibility to choose non smoking apartment, and this is for me as an non smoker very convenient.

only negative thing was entrance to parking lot. If you have slightly wider car, its difficult, but not impossible, just take it easy and slow :) From our apartment we were not able to see the sea, but its nothing that i can complain. (maybe you can ask for apartment with the view on the sea, i was not asking, for me not important :) )

The staff cleaned the room very very clean after my first day - even the dishes I brought myself and have eaten on which were unclean! Good place of the hotel and amazingly friendly staff

I am not a big fan of shower curtains, but it was okay to shower! The rain shower did not work only the typical shower head (was no problem for me) Maybe a little bit to less space on the toilet, but did not matter at all!

Breakfast was nice, good service, no fuss, parking was for a small fee (who cares), great padio at ground floor to chill and have an espresso after breakfast, room was clean, old, but again, who cares, for the price pf the room very adequate. will come back for sure. great city to travel to!

we really felt comfortable here, rooms clean, quiet area, staff very friendly. Good breakfast and tip: dinner with saladbuffet is very nice and a good white housewine. Better stay here on the nice terrace than going to over the top downtown Grado!

Very Friendly staff, good choice and quality of breakfast, backyard parking, bike rents, a/c and good location. Didn’t mind vintage room, because what are you even doing in a hotel room, you’re on vacation.

Could be cleaner

We've arrived later, the staff was very-very welcome and kind. The air conditioner was perfect, we spent hours on the balcony during the night and enjoyed the awesome breakfast in the morning. 100% recommended, we will go back!

The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was really great, very wide choice of both savoury and sweet food.

The hotel is a little far from the old town (still no more than 10-15 minutes walk). Also, it's kind of far from the beach, especially if you are looking for a public one. The hotel is nice but certainly not very new

The fact that the hotel is positioned quite central and that you have the possibility to rent bikes directly from the hotel and you can explore the surroundings. Even though the parking at the hotel is surcharge this is a big plus.

The hotel is located very close to the sea. Spacious and clean rooms. Towels changed daily. Extraordinary food and service !!! Very friendly and helpful staff and owners.
