No service at all, asking for a coffee or information was too much asked for. No traditional meals at all, the reason I choose for this albergo. No wi-fi most of the time while the owner pretends I use the wrong password which is not the case. Balcony without qany privacy at all, half open elevator leading to the upper part of town passes from early morning till midnight. Not such nice smell coming from the toilet. Seat corner at entry looks completely uninviting.

Simply the price - it was a seriously low cost for any property in the area.
1) Difficult to find (just at the base of the funicular from the upper street level). They could have given me directions - Google Maps wasn't much use - I went around in circles for an hour. 2) I was told of in no uncertain terms that latest check-in time was 1930 (new to me), instead of at least a basic welcome. I arrived at 2015. Not a pleasant welcome at all. 3) Hot water lasted for 2 mins in the morning. 4) One guest at "breakfast", no sign of any staff to at least give me a coffee. I went around the corner to an attractive cafe, with excellent coffee and croissants. 5) No sign of any staff at checkout; I just left my keys and departed. 6) Single radiator was working when I arrived, but it was cold in the morning. 7) Make sure your room doesn't overlook the funicular - the noise can be annoying.

It’s horrible: old and SO dirty! Old furnitures and textiles which are just collected from some where.
It was really the most horrible “hotel” I have ever been!! Don’t go there!
