- Location was amazing, very close to restaurants etc - Staff gave amazing service !!! very friendly 😌😌😌

- The pool and jacuzzi temperature felt cold… we tried twice, asked if the temperature could be warmer, but the issue was not fix. we booked the property cause we liked the image of the jacuzzi, but in the end couldn’t use it 😥 - The 2 in 1 Shampoo/body wash felt like hand wash soap… we had to buy new shampoo. was expecting it to be shampoo and body wash separate - No thick duvet, only think blankets to fleece blanket. Heater was not working in the room so I was freezing - Breakfast options could be improved

The property is perfectly situated by the sea, very central location & amazing scenic views plus a jacuzzi on on the rooftop and sunbeds! Very clean place. Facing East, you will have a priceless view if the Mountain and the sky. It was so lovely to admire the view whilst you relax in the heated jacuzzi, then facing West, you get the picturesque sunsets Forio has to offer at the comfort! It was a very romantic setting and having the rooftop jacuzzi really completed my trip and made it all worthwhile. I just got a standard double room, It was a good size for 2 people, you get full wall cabinet, shower, toilet, and bidet, and sink. Good big mirror, full body mirror, and a zoom-in mirror. The Bed is big and comfortable, and the rooms have a water/ santorini vibes to it which I found really calming and comfortable. The Breakfast was nice, starts at 7:30am and lasts until 10:00am they make the coffee fresh for you as well as you come into breakfast. And the Coffee is nice and strong! Good selection of food; there's choices of hot foods like eggs, sausages, hot breads, croissants, etc. then there's also choices of yogurts, cakes, fruits, and other food. I also want to thank the staff throughout my lovely stay at the hotel from the cleaners, to catering staff, I found all of the people to be very friendly & always smiling, and always have time to spare to chat about my day and making sure I am enjoying as much as I can! Raffaelo, who helped me when i was stressed over a sudden change of my travel plan and even let me use the hotel's wifi to get stuff done on my phone even when I was not booked yet, and have given me so many good tips with public transport &which lines to take my destinations around the island.

There was nothing not to like at all!

The hotel was in a lovely location, the view from our room was not the sea front but from the second floor there is a viewing point with a hot tub which has a beautiful view. We took a bus from the port in Ischia to Forio port which took about 30 mins and then it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Check in was very easy. The staff were lovely and always accommodating. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was lovely which included bruschetta, pastries, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, variety of tea and coffee plus more. The indoor swimming pool was heated and clean, we used this once and it was relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Ants in the room but they dealt with this very quickly and had no issue after. I don't think this was a hotel issue at all as we didn't see them anywhere else and once they sorted it, it was fine.

The rooftop terrace with hot tub jacuzzi was a favorite end-of-day way to relax (as was the heated pool). The location was perfect: less than a 10-minute walk from the ferry, major bus stops and "restaurant row" across from the port. And when you walked out the door of the hotel and turned right, you were on Via Giovanni Mazella and then Corso Francesco Regine and its wonderful array of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. We had booked a mini suite which had an unobstructed view of the water immediately across the street. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the restaurant staff was attentive and remembered our coffee orders from the first morning of our four-day stay. The breakfast offerings were typical of the region and were fresh and nicely displayed.

Great location - bus stops are very close, a lot of restaurants, shops, nice places for evening walks:) Amazing people working there - Rafaello was extremely helpful! Good air conditioning.

Rooms are smaller than it seems on photo. Super tiny balcony in the suite - you won’t seat there. And breakfasts are frankly bad:((( awful coffee (in Italy, really???), pastry is not always fresh:(( in the end we can eat there only fruits. Would be much better to have the option without breakfast

They upgraded us to a suite, so the room was huge, 2 floors. The aircon was old but really effective. There was a balcony for wet clothes. Shower was big. Internal parking was an awesome perk. Location was really good, but the best thing was definitely breakfast. A very generous assisted buffet with savory and sweet. We have been staying in a lot of hotels and this breakfast was definitely one of the best. The hotel had also an amazing view from the terrace and a jacuzzi as well. There was also an indoor swimming pool, which was amazing.

The hotel style was barocco, so not super in line with my taste, but overall it was not too excessive. The jacuzzi on the terrace didn't look that clean.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, they definitely made us feel like kings and queens, their kindness, professionalism and advice made our stay extra special. The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located. We managed to move around either by foot or bus. The swimming pools are heated and great, especially the jacuzzi overlooking both the sea and the mountains. The breakfast is incredible with many home made pies, a selection of juices and both sweet and savoury dishes. We will certainly come back

The service was great. Rafaelo and Luigi did a very fine job. Location is great near start of Forio pedestrian area. Nice view from roof. Breakfast was good quality. Housekeeping was great. AC was effective and quiet.

I thought the mattresses and pillows could be a bit better for this hotel. There is some noise from adjacent rooms and the street outside. Breakfast items were not always adequately replenished.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nettuno in Ischia, Italy, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a wonderful location, offering stunning sunset views that are simply unforgettable. The staff were great, always friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The overall ambiance and setting of the hotel made it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well located with good amenities, parking, and a great sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which helped out when my poor Italian wasn't good enough. The room was well equipped, comfortable and quiet with heating that actually worked and could be controlled by us. It was a nice surprise to see that the rooftop jacuzzi was open as well as the pool. Unfortunately, the weather was not particularly warm or dry, so we couldn't spend as much time as we'd have liked on the roof terrace, but this is a wonderful space for summer with excellent views. Really good idea to have allocated tables at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

It's not that we didn't like the breakfast, because there was plenty on offer, but one or two improvements could be made. Firstly, the provision of a normal toaster would speed service and deliver more uniformly toasted bread. Secondly, the scrambled egg and frankfurter sausages were not served on hot plates but cold. While it is really great to offer these items, cold scrambled egg set in a solid lump is not at all appetising. The hard boiled eggs were therefore a nice alternative. We would have liked two pillows each in the room. With only three, we had to fight over who got to have two pillows. Another suggestion is to provide a kettle in the room. (This is a British thing as we do love our cups of tea!)
