Very central, you enter the oldtown pedestrian area, heading to marina, straight from the hotel. Clean and cool room, the family room has separate room for kids with their own TV. Complimentary water upon arrival. Free parking lots in front of the hotel.

Very few toiletries as for 4 star hotel (no one uses those shower caps anymore). We found only two sets of towels, though stayed 3 persons. Breakfast needs more variety, no more boiled eggs were there, scrambled eggs were cold. No gym or spa, no mini bar. Old and slow elevator.

Great room for a family (junior family suite) of four. Breakfast had a lot variety. Hotel is centrally placed with easy parking in front of it. Lots of restaurants around and it is only 15min walking from either the harbor or the train station to visit the 5 Terre.

Breakfast room was a bit small which means that you might need to wait to be seated depending on what time you arrive. Also there is no restaurant at the hotel so you need to go to town but ok there are many restaurants at max 5 min walking

Loved it! The hotel met our expectations and then some. It's the perfect location for exploring the charming city of La Spezia. The train station is within walking distance and a perfect way to experience Cinque Terre. We even took a trip up the coast to visit Genoa. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - everything you could want and more. Cappuccinos! The staff was very helpful and friendly. the only downside was that the internet was spotty and didn't work in our room at all. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.

Poor wifi connection - needed to go to the lobby to connect. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. Elevator was rather slow, but it just meant more exercise! Also, shower was a bit tricky to operate. You need to be careful to keep the shower spraying towards the wall, otherwise you'll have a little flood in the bathroom. Once we got the hang of it, it was fine.

Lovely staff at front desk who were very informative and helpful. Great breakfast buffet with eggs, meats, cheeses, coffee, fruit, etc. and gluten-free options when asked. Had a warm towel rack in the bathroom.

One lift (elevator) for a 7-storey building means you wait forever for the lift. No floor numbers in the lift or on the floor to indicate where you are. Insufficient towels and the smallest shower known to man--don't drop your soap!

The hotel is right in the middle of everything, in the old city, not far from sights and the train station. Many restaurants nearby. Nice interior, the room was spacious and clean. Very good breakfast, towels changed every day. Bed was comfortable.

The shower was quite small and the pillows were too soft. We had a room that faced the Ascensore San Giorgio (elevator) and you could hear it running up and down all the time. The hotel elevator is slow, often does not come from the 7th floor. Wifi did not work in our room.

Great location with direct access to funivia to the castle and to the central trading street, just 7 mins walk from the see. Good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby. We were lucky to park our big van just in front of the entrance for free. We were provided with a kettle upon the first request.

The shower cabin was super small and leaky, interiors are very simple.

The location in the middle of town but drivable with some parking at the door. Good sized room, had everything you needed. Breakfast was good.

The lift. It was slow and didn't always stop at the floor requested. The hotel is on the side of a hill. Reception at level 5, breakfast and town level 1 so it was important. The bed seemed to slope from head to feet and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Good transit hotel. Good position, near the main touristic street, at the foot of the Castle and also close to the train station. Comfortable rooms and quite clean. Good breakfast.

It was difficult to set the room temperature..or the system didn't function. However..we chilled the room by opening the window. The window face a small inner yard with poor light. So the room had poor light. Also..if you reached there after the public elevator close (20:00 I think)..you have to climb more stairs to reach the reception.

The room was big and the location was great, in terms of accessing Cinqueterre. Breakfast was ok, nicer for people who have a sweet tooth. The reseption staff was very helpful.

The bed was a bit too soft and the walls must have been made of paper. If you fancy a good hair dryer, bring your own. The one in the room was a joke.
