The kids loved the roof-top pool and the little slide made all of the difference. Couldn't fault the choice at breakfast and the staff were the friendliest in the hotel. Quiet - in spite of being pretty busy we were never disturbed by noise

In spite of having everything we could reasonably want, the hotel feels a little too functional / lacks soul. It definitely served a purpose but wasn't a memorable stay for that reason.

Wellness centre was great, not busy so getting naked for the spa/sauna wasnt too intimidating. Rooftop pool was very nice. Rooms were great, good size and comfortable. Balcony was nice to have.

Parking was very tight and busy. So many different elevators to take for access to different areas. Food in restaurant was basic Kids were always in the adult only pool. Noone stopped them.

View from top floor room amazing. Great breakfast and choice of food. Friendly staff at reception. Spacious hotel and room. Plenty of choices of pools in the hotel - I think there were two on the roof. Contactless electronic card key to room was nice.

Slightly confusing when we checked out - asked if we had to do anything else other than hand keys in, and told we were good to go, then they ran out after us to say we needed to pay tourist tax. Might be nice to have an electric kettle in the room like other hotels. But this didn't really detract from the otherwise wonderful stay here and that scenic view was really great!

The amazing rooftop terrace and pool as well as the incredible spa. Very friendly staff in the bar by the pool.

A big contrast to the pool and spa facilities is the restaurant. The interior is old fashioned and not inviting. It is possible to escape to the outdoor patio though.

The pool zone and spa was magnificent :) View at the mountains from the pool is so nice. Room and parking was as on the pics. Breakfast had a different variations of food. Love to stay here

There is only plastic dishes at the upper restaurant. It makes sense at the pool, but they bring you plastic glass even when you sit at the restaurant tables.

Rooftop pool; diner; parking under hotel; fairly close to Bolzano, Lago di Monticolo and Passo di Stelvio. Location ideal for our stop on our way back home. Staff was nice and helpfull. Our room had a modern minimalistic style which we liked. It remains on our list for future stops

Salad bar options were a bit minimal. The restaurant area could enjoy a face lift to bring it more in style with the rest of the hotel.. the rooftop bar closed at 19:00. The place itself Leifers is not very exciting (we cannot rate the sauna, inside pool and fitness area as we did not use them)

They charge as about the price of additional child however I already book Aroom with three bunk So if the charge shall be only for breakfast not 200 euro as the room is family room and mention all kids are welcoming and bed already avaible Even no one inform as about the additional charge only at the check out time

Great breakfast with a lot of different things, Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff, free parking in a secure garage, charging for electric vehicles.

The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but eventually we figured it out.

I really enjoy my room, the breakfast and the amenities of the hotel. Leisure area, including the covered pool, sauna, was simply wonderful.. This hotel is highly recomended!!!. I will come back for sure!!!!

Nothing., Everything perfect

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are even better in person. The pool and sauna were clean and not crowded. Breakfast was really quite good. The location is great, just a short drive to Bolzano or to Obereggen for skiing
