The owners of the hotel are so nice and happy to help with any questions. They gave us some great recommendations of places to visit in the area. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great breakfast served every day, plenty of space to relax including a small pool, and fantastic views - especially from the roof terrace.

To walk from the hotel to Lazise town you have to walk a short distance along the side of the road before you get to an area with footpaths. However drivers seemed to be aware that pedestrians and cyclists are commonly using the road too.

The owners/host was really polite, helpful and serviceminded. Could not wish for better hosts. Breakfast was nice and the view from the hotel is fantastic and then only 5 min driving to the lake and city center

Hard to tell as we loved it all. But a suggestion for improvement could be a place in the bathroom where you can actually store your soap, lotion etc as there are no really place for this or cloth when bathing.

It was nice Owner of the Hotel, He met us and showed everything. It is very nice place, with fantastic view on the lake. Close to central part of the city. Fantastic Breakfast on terrace. Room is clean with nice, not big balcony. But the view is incredible.

The parking has not so much space. You may get small scratches on your car. Please, park the car carefully.

We loved it here, mostly because everyone was really friendly and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the cozy little pool area. The hotel is very unique and interesting, nicely furnished, our rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. We also loved that at the (mostly pretty standard Italian) breakfast buffet there were gluten free options as well as soy milk available. A rare find! We would happily come back!

We booked a family room which was situated on the ground level. We were aware it wouldn't have AC when we booked, however, we would have loved at least a fan in our room. It was a hot and sticky day, and we had to keep the window open for air... Unfortunately the hotel is right on the road and leaving the window open meant lots of traffic noise during the day and in the morning. Other rooms may have fans or AC, or they may be better situated to avoid the noise, so it's possible this wouldn't usually be an issue.

Room are small, especially bathroom...I have never seen a smaller one 🤔. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast are very good. Amazing view...

there is no fridge or glasses in the room, probably because guests have to buy drinks only at the hotel. I was missing a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The owner was very friendly and helpful! The accommodation was absolutely beautiful in the mountains above the lake with a fantastic view. The room was clean and big enough for two people. We really enjoyed staying here!

The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors in the other room loud and clear. The mattress could have been a little bit harder but that depends on the person

EVERYTHING!!!! This hotel was amazing. Cozy and quiet. Unique boutique hotel. The room was simply comfortable and spacious enough for two tall occupants, we opted for a room with an amazing view of the Lago Di Garda. The air and fan were a great convenience. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was so gracious and kind. We definitely plan to return to this hotel again.

Lovely building, beautiful view and good quality room

Without a car there was a dangerous walk along a road with no pavement required, the necessity of needing a car should be labelled . Other than that it was perfect

We had booked a "standard double room", which is nicely furnished, but a bit small - for a short stay, however, perfectly adequate. The room was very clean and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Since the accommodation is located a little outside, it is also very quiet at night. There are plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast is in fact and especially for Italian standards truly excellent! Just fyi (since there is nothing that the hotel can do about that): If you plan on traveling by foot (e.g. to Lazise, which is about 20-25 min away), be aware that there are absolutely no foot paths for most of the way and cars take speed limits more or less seriously!

The bathroom of the room can feel a bit claustrophobic, since the toilet is basically located in the shower and the shower itself knew only two settings: no water or high-pressure cleaning. The roof top terrace was very stylish decorated, but it was forbidden to bring your own drinks and you rather had to buy drinks from a self-service minibar at restaurant prices.

Beautiful property, nice breakfast, lovely view and very peaceful. Attentive and friendly staff.

Wifi is patchy, better to have own data. Rooms are quite warm despite the aircon, but not too bad.
