It’s a comfortable quiet hotel, slightly out of the town, taxi, car or bike needed. Great base for CanevaWorld water park, just a short walk. Friendly staff and well kept. Good options for spa too. Breakfast fine and dinner available but we ate in the town.

Not their fault perhaps but mosquitoes everywhere by pool and in rooms. Bring ur spray!! There is no shuttle bus in to town even though we checked this after booking and it was also advertised on their site at the time. Told buses in to town every 20 mins but not accurate at all, could be waiting up to an hour. Taxis to and from town reasonable about 15-20 euro but book in advance.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. All good. The rooms also have a coffee machine and a kettle and a safe. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet and cool at night. Near Laciso and children's parks. Getting there without a car is probably problematic, the hotel is located far from the central coastal road. But this is what we like. Two swimming pools (outside and spa). The breakfasts are wonderful!! We'll come again.

Weird restaurant concept. Tiny, tasteless and not cheap dishes. Despite the fact that it is not convenient to go to the nearest restaurants only by car. I would like a restaurant that is tasty and understandable.

Staff are simply amazing and little touches like water in reception made the whole experience so comfortable. Massage and facial at the spa were top class. The property is spacious and spotless, nestled in the Italian countryside near Lake Garda. Room was good, firm mattress, and a hot, high pressure shower. Cleaning team are meticulous. Cocktails well priced. I particularly appreciated that our room was kept at the perfect temperature all the time. We didn't have to wait for it to cool down after we returned from the blazing heat outside. So it was a little haven to come back to every day, having been greeted with cheerful hellos on the way through reception. It's a happy hotel, relaxed environment with a huge welcome.

Despite clear efforts at presentation I thought the food at dinner was average, compared to dining in nearby Lazise. So I wouldn't choose half board again. Would definitely rent a car, the regional bus service is atrocious, but that's not the hotel's fault. Service when dining was first class, the team is really brilliant. Can't say enough good things about them. So very friendly and they took the time to remember one of our party was vegetarian. Lunches were great, huge salads and sambos, and breakfast was excellent.

The room was big and very comfortable. The team at the reception was very kind and helpful. I appreciated the spa aerea, quiet and superb, very relaxing. Outdoor you will find 2 pools and a bar. Breakfast was great. Pretty close to the city center, but in a very quiet and green area.

The gym was very disappointing. A 4 star hotel should give a better level of equipment. About the restaurant, I chose the formula half board and the food/service were not high level.

Surrounded about vineyards, free shuttle bus into town, adult only pool, friendly staff and really good selection at breakfast ! ☺️ we didn’t have a chance to use them but there are free bicycles you can hire, or pay for electric scooters or e-bikes :)

The last free shuttle bus was at 6.30pm into town and 6.40 back from town so planning dinner was needed otherwise last shuttle you can pay €20 for was at 9.40 back from town :) but this service is amazing and very much appreciated, very lucky to have had that, however it is only roughly 30 minutes to walk to town (at a good pace).

very nice room, all new and clean, nice facilities, 2 outside pools, 1 inside pool with good hot water. the breakfast is very good and rich.

the room we had was on the left side of the hotel, the charm family room, is above some machinery making noise all day and night, like a vacum machine. we couldn t have a very good sleep. so be aware when choosing your room type. it is far from the city center so you take their free shuttle but they have only 4 rides/day, or you take a taxi every time you want to go somewhere. the dinner was not worth the money at all. small portions and not tasty.

Breakfast was lovely. Two pool areas both were clean and nice view from adults only pool. Cocktails served at the indoor and outdoor pool bar were lovely. Room was nice - the balcony was a nice touch and caught the sun in the afternoon. The spa was amazing the hot tub was lovely and the indoor pool was warm and relaxing - lovely refreshment area in there.

Bit of a walk to get to the lake and local taxis were quite hard to get hold of to go to the nearest town. The hotel do offer bike rental though which was good. Coffee at breakfast was from a machine would have been nice to have fresh coffee - there was generally a queue to use the coffee machine every morning.

Two pools one for adults one for families. Nice rooms and beautiful location. SPA is only useable after reservation guess due to COVID - but nobody is really checking if the Personal inside the SPA are booked. Good housekeeping service . Bikes for free. eBikes for a fee. eScouter for a fee.

Arrangement of the breakfast was not good. Queues on every food station every morning and you have stand in line for nearly everything. Not really good guidance to the guest and some guest are asked for service 2-3 times other not even once.

It’s a very nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, cozy pool area.

Rooms look a little old, which is not a big deal. Shower is a bit uncomfortable since the water flows at an angle straight into the center of the bathroom, curtains don’t really help)) For this price, if they would improve that - I would give 10 points for sure :)

outside pool for the kids always had sun loungers taken by people ditching their towels for the day and staff didn’t remove them- kids wanted to be in the pool which meant we had to sit on astroturf to watch them. Restaurant food in the evening although nice wasn’t the best it could have been, choices were limited especially for the kids.
