Everything. It is a 5 min walk to the centro storicco and we had a remtal car so for us it was perfect as it could be parked in front without having to pay. The breakfast was delicious, the solarium terrace was very nice, overall great property and the staff was so welcoming and just made our stay special.

a bit of humidity in our room but it was quickly fixed with the dehumidifier , I would recommend some nice smell or even brewing coffee there to take away that humidity smell. The room was spacious, great bathroom, comfortable bed, it was a great overall.

We live in Argentina, but this info will be written in English in order to be spreaded to more people. We have travelled all around the world during our lifes, never we have had so many details in any place as Palazzo dei Dondoli to pamper our stay there. Excellent and big room with all you can imagine and more, also all the installations are 1st class, Nicolo who manages it and Beatrice that helps him are so sweet people so glad and polite, that we also stayed more days than those reserved originally. Lecce is a nice place, but after we left we planned to come back again, only for staying there a few days more. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end, and I travel a lot. They emailed to confirm and ask if any food concerns, and responded quickly via text messaging. Their recomendations for pizzerias and osterias were excellent and made the reservations for us, and even cancelled for us as we changed our dinner plans one evening. They followed up the next day to ask about our dining experience. The breakfast buffet was supurb and the service over the top. I sincerely cannot say enough positive things about our experience here. I am not sure if we'll return to Lecce, but without a doubt, I would have to return to the best hotel experience I have had.

Great location - near the walled town but far enough so it’s not too noisy. The garden was nice although we didn’t use it. Well-designed property. Nice coffee at breakfast

When we checked in, we noticed a water leak just outside the shower cubicle, so we were offered another room. The second room didn’t have a leak but it had less natural light and the bathroom was slightly smaller compared to the first room. We would prefer the first room if only there was no leak in the bathroom. The room could also use a few minor improvements that can make the experience better - e.g. more sockets (there was only one socket on each side of the bed so you need to unplug the lamp to use the socket to charge your phone), and a master light switch near the bed (so you can turn the light off when you’re in bed already).

The staff were friendly and helpful on our arrival - helping us organise bookings at local restaurants, providing recommendations for the best local beaches, and highlighting the must see sights in Lecce. Our room (a triple room) was clean, spacious and had modern amenities. The location of the Palazzo is also only a short walk from the Old town of Lecce - the centre of many sights, shopping and restaurants in Lecce.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Dondoli and Nicolo` was a wonderful host. Although the B&B was situated just outside the old town of Lecce, it was only a short walk to great restaurants and attractions. The B&B's decor and garden courtyard was beautiful and a lovely place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was served daily in the garden courtyard and afternoon apertivo's served on the roof terrace overlooking the old town of Lecce...Stunning!

A little hard to find, but look for the red doors.

Everything about Palazzo dei Dondoli was perfect. Bea helped me plan activities for our group of 16 for months beforehand and was always available during our stay for last minute dinner reservations. Breakfast, rooms, and amenities were all great. The staff at this hotel became like family to our group! Highly recommend.

A really great place. The location looks amazing, it’s located very close to the old town, walking distance 3-5 minutes. You can easily find parking spots on the streets nearby, and a free parking area, it’s a very safe area so you don’t have to worry about the car. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and always trying to help.

Honestly, this location has it all you might need, I have nothing bad to say.

All the hotel staff is amazing.Convenient location about 5 to 10 minutes walk to inside walled historic center and close to restaurant and grocery stores outside the wall (non-tourist) areas. one-bedroom apartment was spacious with nice balcony. Rooftop terrace very well furnished and comfortable weather permitting.

Hotel surrounding area on a residential street with some construction down the road. Apartment/hotel itself very nice and stands out as the nicest building on the block and street.

We haven't expected that it will be such nice expierence. Beautifull place and thanks to Beatrice and the entire team we felt like home immediately. Palazzo is beautifully renovated , rooms are very comfortable ,clean and tastefully decorated. Delicious breakfast and espresso to wake you up . Palazzo is situated in a very peacefull street , you can park your car without problem . Very close to the old city.
