Title: An Unforgettable Escape at Albatros Beach Hotel, Letojanni, Sicily My recent stay at Albatros Beach Hotel in Letojanni, Sicily was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was exceptional. Their warmth, hospitality, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. The hotel's modern design and comfortable amenities provided a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The private beach added an extra layer of luxury, allowing us to unwind while listening to the soothing waves. The convenience of having direct access to the beach right from the hotel was truly a highlight. The continental breakfast at Albatros Beach Hotel was a culinary delight. The variety of options and use of fresh produce showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. Whether it was a leisurely morning enjoying the view or a quick bite before heading out to explore, the breakfast experience was consistently delightful. One of the standout features was the hotel's prime location. With a beachfront setting, the views were breathtaking, and the tranquil atmosphere was exactly what we were seeking for a getaway. Being able to step outside and have the pebble beach shores just a stone's throw away was a dream. However, what truly made Albatros Beach Hotel an extraordinary place was the people. The manager and staff went above and beyond in ensuring that every need was met, and every question was answered. Their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile transformed my stay into a memorable experience.

The staff was always very kind and helpful. We notified them that we would arrive much earlier than the check-in time, and although the accommodation didn't promise anything certain, the room was ready and waiting for us. The hotel has been beautifully and tastefully renovated. The new hydro pool was a special surprise. It's just a few steps away from the beach, where we could leave our belongings without worry on the private shore. They even brought drinks from the bar to the beach at the hotel. The à la carte restaurant offers truly special and delicious dishes. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle as well. They cleaned the room nicely every day, tidied up, and changed the bed linen every other day. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Location is good, the beach (private and free) is across the road, nearby are restaurants, buss station to Taormina is in 5-7 min walk and the train station (trains to Catania, Messina) is in 1 km distance 10-15 min walk Hotel has the evening transfer to Taormina and return

Breakfast menu does not change for 9 mornings very expensive beach seats & umbrella. The bad location of the lounge bar -right under the rooms windows, because of this the balcony is not private and it is noisy in breakfast and evening times. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy. The choose of "Large double bed" in standard double room is the variant of joined together two beds with separates mattresses

Thanks for a wonderful stay to stuff , especially Titsiana (my apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) at the front desk! I would like to thank entire hotel stuff, great attention to the details we were treated like dear guests. On day of departure we left hotel very early, there were two boxes with breakfast waiting for us at reception, it was really nice gesture. The warmth we were treated with felt like true southern Italian hostility. Our room was beautiful and clean. Nice beach area, plenty of space, comfortable lounge chairs. I would love to visit this place again.

The hotel is very new and fresh and very nicely designed. The staff went out and beyond in their helpfulness and were also open and kind. There is a great shuttle service from the hotel to Taormina for a reasonable price as well as a shuttle to the airport in Catania. The breakfast was excellent. They also have a beautiful beach area with great service during the summer season. The food and service of the restaurant is good. Our room was quite big and well designed and the extras such as bathrobes, flip flops and a beach bag with beach towels and a drying rack for your beach things on the balcony were really thoughtful. We also had an excellent view from our room and balcony. They have a lovely dipping pool by the entrance and a shower, which was perfect to cool down at the of end your day with refreshments after the beach.

We were off season so there was less service than during the high season. I imagine that there would be a better atmosphere with more guests hanging around by the bar if they had a permanent bartender. Although their staff was always helpful to run over when needed. To enter the lobby you need to go down a staircase. There is a handicap lift but I am not sure if it was in operation. As it was off season with more pensioners, I did see some struggle.

We thought the breakfast was excellent. Great choices. Healthy and fresh. The bar was ok. The bartender did not mix a good drink. But she was friendly. The bar was boring, more because there were rarely people in the bar and when they were they were a bit dull. The reception was great with the exception of one experience with someone who seemed to not know what they were doing. The "lifeguards" were great. The lido was clean.

There was confusion about the pickup time in Taormina. That needs to be better communicated. We were given the arrival time back to the hotel instead of the time to leave Taormina. I felt terrible I made people wait. I thought I had 15 more minutes.

Very nice hotel on a beach not far from Taormina. The hotel is new, well furnished, the staff is super friendly, they have very good breakfast (barista with specialty cappuccino included)! Rooms are nice and clean. Beach is across the road. For a small fee the sunbeds and umbrellas are included. We loved the stay here.

It is difficult to park here. The space in front of hotel is limited for 3-4 cars, so You must park on the street if You are lucky, otherwise there is parking around 400m from the hotel....

Very clean, comfortable and a contemporary style. Breakfasts were great - a good range of foods to choose from every day. The beach was opposite the hotel and well maintained with sun loungers and drink/food services. The staff were very friendly and helpful with organising transport.

Our room was facing the street (the other side from the sea) and was really cool (meaning - no heat at all), but a bit noisy in the daytime. In general almost everything was close to perfect - breakfast, the bed and pillows, the beach with beach beds. I would love to come back one day. The Ionic sea is the most beautiful (close to the Red Sea - not that much colorful life, but exceptionally transparent). The night staff (the guard) was so nice to us when we arrived in the middle of the night! Our room has a fridge, which is good in such heat. There are a few nice restaurants close by, and you can have dinner at the hotel too. About 250 meters along the hotel's street direction Messina you can find a huge municipal parking (works 8am - 2am) for app 11 euro per day. I do not recommend staying in Taormina if you are looking for a good beach vacation. The beach there is nice but heavily overcrowded and not suitable for a good swim. From Letojanni it is just 10-15 minutes of a beautiful drive, but the beach in Letojanni is much better - long, deep waters, no seaweeds or big rocks which can hurt you. I just highly recommend buying or bringing your sea shoes - rocks are getting hot as a hell's pan after 11 am.

A few downsides and notes for the management - Our safe was not attached to the wall at all :D We didn't use it because of it. Please, check your safes. - There is a note from the management which asks guests to not hang their towels, swim suits etc on the balconies. To not ruin a beautiful hotel's architecture. Quite understandable. But where should guests hang their wet staff? Please, provide a small wall-attached laundry hangers (they can be located inside the balconies and won't be visible from outside). We had to use balcony chairs :D

The people at this hotel were great, always with a smile on their face, polite, trying everything to make your stay wonderful. I also was upgraded to a room facing the see without even asking. The hotel looks brand new, is by the beach, has its own parking if you book the spot in advance. The breakfast was good and the coffee strong just like I like it and made at the bar with a good espresso machine, not the usual crap they call coffee at other hotels.
