Beachfront location, free parking and the staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Easy access to shops, bars/restaurants and supermarkets.

Close to bus stop & beach, Plenty of food restaurants & bars about. Quiet location, no road noise. Rooms had air conditioning which worked well.

Swimming pool was empty. Could have done with 2 pillows each in bedrooms not just 1 & the beds are quite firm.

Very good receptionist lady and other staff. We received welcome drink - coffee. Room was very nice, clean, also bathroom very clean. Good view at the see from the room. Hotel right by the beach. Very good position - Bus stop 10 m. Breakfast - good choice.. I can recommend this hotel.

Lady on the beach didn’t allow us to use chairs (we trued to use hotel vouchers), because all of them have been booked - she said. However, it was 5:30 pm and beach was almost empty. Breakfast has to be improved as well. During check-out we couldn’t find personal for 10-15 minutes and as a result we left keys on reception desk, however, in another 15 minutes lady from reception gave a call to me and asked to return back to pay some extra fee… service has to be improved significantly!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had and the worst 400 Euro I've spent in my life. I booked half board, but was charged for full board although we never wanted it. In order to have dinner you have to download their bugged app and to choose your meal and the time you will eat( not that you have much of a choice anyway). The food is bland, tasteless and of very poor quality. When we arrived we were told that as a first time guests we are given 50 EUR bonus through the bugged app to use at the bar- and then at checkout they tried to scam us and to make us pay. We had to leave one night earlier and the receptionist had the audacity to ask us to pay for our last night( which was already paid for obviously) because otherwise they could've sold it.How is that even logical!? The hotel itself is a very sad, cheap and ugly place- don't be misled by the pictures here. The room is small and lacks very basic things- no fridge, no chairs or a table on the balcony, no glasses ( apart from the two plastic cups), the TV is a bit bigger than a tablet. The water was lukewarm at its best and noone cared to fix it until the last evening when we left anyway. The lady at the reception was quite cheeky, lying at my face and trying to scam us, refusing to call a manager and refused to issue an invoice, too To sum it up- stay away from this low quality fraudulent dodgy place!
