We chose this hotel 2 weeks before the planned vacation, having refused a similar offer, as there were not fulfilled the conditions of booking. From the minuses, unstable and slow internet, as during the vacation had to work, including video conferencing, there was some discomfort, but it is a vacation, so all the same 10/10. The second minus, which we discussed with my wife, is a limited breakfast, and in the absence of the right to choose and take by yourself, and the issuance of what you want, but here, too, was delicious, so our assessment is 9/10

The location is directly on the seaside and the private beach is included. We had a nice room at high floor on the beach front. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a reserved parking next to the hotel. It is a reasonable 3 star hotel at convenient location in the lido with many shops, restaurants and cafe.

The room is clean but bring your shower gel and shampoo and towel for the beach. You don’t need to book the breakfast. You can get a much better espresso, croissant and orange juice at the café outside for a few euros.

The highest mark is for location. It’s excellent. Sound and view of the sea is in front of the eyes. It was the most important demand for me while searching of the hotel and it was completely satisfied Nice staff. Each one was so sweet and helpful

The size of the room was small enough. Pretty small bathroom and the absence of a ventilation system made the air in the bathroom wet all the time. Not delicious coffee. It’s sad because I am a coffee lover and it’s Italy, it’s hard to imagine it here. It was even worse in the beach bar which corresponds to this hotel

Almost everything was nice, the location is a short walk to the main downtown street, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Beach in front of the hotel

Location is perfect! By the beach. Restaurants and shops nearby. The receptionists, the staff from the breakfast restaurant and the bar are genuinely friendly and with a great service- minded attitude. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely go back again.

As our room was on the first floor close to the elevator and stairs, we experienced some noisy mornings and evenings during the weekend. I recommend to soundproof the room’s doors.

Very nice staff, location and parking. Very dog friendly and in general everything was really nice.

Most likely due to pre-season, but the breakfast was underwhelming. The room was nice, though a lot little things would need fixing.

The Rezeption works good and immediately helps to solve some problems. perfekt location, beach in 1 min from the hotel.

There’s are no beach towels, or we haven’t fond them 😅 Breakfast is good, but it’s better to make self service, choose and take everything you want without waiters.

Self serving breakfast would be better because of language barrier by employees. There was no linen change during 5 nights stay.

The most important thing is that the stuff is very very friendly!!!! The view is wonderful! Breakfast is very good (various). The rooms are not noisy at all. Very nice !!!!

The beach and shopping are very close. The staff was helpfull and friendly (especially Kiara 😇)
