Good Location, close to the beach. You can use the free Bicycles. Very clean and comfortable. You can use the free chairs and Umbrella at the Beach. Everything is clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a fridge in the room.

Accidentally we booked a room in basement. Room was very comfortable and nice, but had just 2 small windows. Room was under the kitchen, so in the morning, you could hear all the noise in the kitchen. We ask the Staff if we could change the room, and second day we received a room on the second floor,with balcony. Staff was very understanding with this situation. Breakfast was not so various, it lack vegetables. Elevator is very small

- Parasol and sun-beds included in the price - you will have a spot reserved for you at a nearby for the whole duration of stay. - Beach with a great bar is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Water is shallow (great for kids) and mostly clean. Beach is mostly empty during workdays, a bit busier during evenings and weekends. - Many restaurants, shops, and bars close by to choose from. Not extremely pricey either for a tourist-heavy area. - Easy access to public transport connections to visit Venice. - Hotel is newly renovated and feels fresh and modern. There a great terrace with a hotel bar to chill at when the weather is bad or you are tired of the beach. - Parking right at the hotel - you can check on your car easily, though you need to hand-in car keys at the reception for them to manipulate parked cars. Alternatively, you can use a free of charge fenced secured parking space with cameras and about 3 blocks aways from the hotel and keep your keys.

- Breakfast was very good, but selection rather limited, so we both ended up eating the same thing for breakfast for 7 days, which was getting a bit tiresome towards the end. What would help would be some waffles or pancakes and wider selection of savoury things like olives, more types of cheese, etc. - We wanted to use the bar at the hotel, but mostly there was no one to take orders. - Rooms are not very well isolated from the hallway, so you will hear people walking in/out of their rooms during morning / evening hours. I recommend packing earplugs if you want to sleep in.

The location was great. 3 mins to the beach. And the hotel provided chaise longues and umbrellas so we did not have to pay extra. It is also 1 mins to the main shopping and restaurant street but it is very quiet. There is a big terrace where you can sit in the evening and have some drinks. The hotel provided bicycles so it was nice to ride through the whole town one morning. There were a lot of people with kids and elderly people. Everybody was happy.

I loved everything

Great breakfast with options for everyone. Really close to the beach and the hotel has free sun beds on the beach. The hotel is close to several markets and a lot of restaurants. There is a good restaurant and a bar in the hotel as well. We stayed in a basement room that was not big enough but it was clean. There is an AC in every room. The hotel is cleaned daily and the towels are changed regularly. The staff of the hotel was great 5★!

Stay away from the basement rooms if you are a family with older children.

They were very nice and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The room clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with a view.

Nothing specific comes to mind. Perhaps the breakfast could be upgraded a bit to contain higher quality foods. But on the other hand for Italian conditions this was amazing and a big upgrade from crackers in the room being called as "breakfast included" at some of the other establishments. Parking conditions are a bit funny but still it works in the end.

1. Our room was quite large, well equipped and very clean, also the bathroom was very clean and pleasant. 2. The best thing about our room was the huge terrace. 3. Great location (close to shops, bars and the beach) 4. Reception staff and cleaners were very polite and helpful (restaurant staff could be a little nicer) 5. Good breakfast 6. Parking at the hotel

The car park was quite small, I wonder if there will be a problem finding a place to park the car when the summer season starts. (There is a charge for public parking)

The location is good, breakfast was fine and we had a large terrace, the room was quite comfortable. Two sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach were included, we could rent bikes at the hotel

There were many ants in our toilet, even after cleaning. More vegetables for breakfast would be nice

The hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, it is very close to evetything. Really liked that we could rent bikes and discover the city faster.

The only tiny thing that the hotel could change in my opinion is putting some vegetables out for the breakfast, I would have enjoyed some tomatos or cucumbers for breakfast. Other than that everything was amazing!

The location was excellent, right on the main street and right next to the beach. We came before the holiday season in May and the price was very good value for money. I loved the balcony area. The outdoor seating at the bar was very cosy.

The bar and resurant area are very small. The bed was not thr most comfortable.

Really great hotel, exceeded our expectations! Nice and clean room, cute balcony with the sea view, free parking and friendly staff.
