This place is exceptional for families. I was blown away by their kindness and hospitality. I almost didn’t book it in favour of some of the bells and whistles other places have, but I’m so glad I did. For context, no, it’s not a five star in aesthetics, so if you want that, go elsewhere, but if it’s comfort and kindness you want - great food, convenience and a really good time - this is the place. I have two boys (7 and 9). The 9 year old is autistic and allergic to milk. This usually makes me book self catering which is hard work for me. But I took a chance. They couldn’t have been better. Every morning, soya milk was on the table. They cooked mussels - Oliver’s favourite, with no dairy. This made him happy and so he ate all four courses (food can be a struggle). He felt safe and happy and therefore so did I. I could relax. Every day was a happy one. The beach is great, the food is plentiful and the people (my boys loved the girls in the restaurant - we all did!) are wonderful. I needed a cab to the airport and it was sorted in minutes. The aircon wasn’t working, and the grandad of the family had it sorted in minutes. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a great holiday and thank you for being such a lovely family. I really mean it ❤️😊 Also, super close to the water park which the kids loved (10 min walk!) I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

Lovely family run hotel with wonderful staff - particularly Nadia and Roberto. I really enjoyed my solo break there. Highly recommend! The hotel is in a great location, a few metres from the beach and a high street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The hotel is a family business and is located just 100 meters from the beach. The facility is quiet and the staff very polite. The food is plentiful and satisfying. It also has its own bar that is open 24 hours. I would like to recommend this hotel to any family who wants to spend a wonderful holiday in Lido di Jesolo.

The Hotel Jalisco was a perfect place to stay for a family holiday. It was clean, bright and welcoming. The staff were exceptional and were always incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our time here.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was according to the expectations. Breakfast was suitable and timing was good, even an early breakfast was offered. Location is perfect with everything close by.

Hotel is a little older, not that something didn't work or was broken. But you can tell it is not the newest building.

Lovely location, short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and breakfast is great. Best of all is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful and made the stay an absolute pleasure!

The hotel is small and tidy. The staff is very friendly, we asked for a fridge in the room and it was provided quickly with no extra cost. The room was clean and was kept clean throughout our stay. Big thanks to the nice cleaning lady! The beach chairs were amazing given the fact that you did not have to worry about not finding one because they are included in the room price. The hotel is close to the beach but not on the noisy part of the street. Suitable for the families with small children. Did not used the swimming pool but it looked clean and fun.

The breakfast was the same everyday so, after 3- 4 days, this can get boring. As we stay for 6 nights it was ok-ish but staying longer could be a minus.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, just the usual but tasty. Don't be afraid, the reception helps to park the car, they move the them in and out so everyone has a place. The room was cleaned everyday, fantastic. The beach is close about 3 minute walk, the sunbeds were nice the hotel provided. the promenade is close with tons of restaurants to choose from. Ideal for a relaxing vacation.
