+the staff. very polite, friendly& helpful; everyone was very professional in their job +pet friendly-the reason we chose this hotel.(very clean, too, despite this) +the view, private beach &surroundings +the bar/restaurant around the pool +good choices of restaurants in the area (if you go further back to the streets parallel to the sea you will discover real gems-follow the online reviews) +private parking-we didn’t have a spot at the hotel but the one further away is even better.

-the bathroom is indeed too small& outdated. Maybe a brighter colour of tiles would have at least given the impression of space -the outdated table & benches (in the room)are sth you can live without. the room is stuffed. maybe a small table & chairs that can be moved in & out the balcony would feel less stuffed. we felt crowded but , of course, we were mostly out and we didn’t really mind.

I had a very pleasant experience in this hotel! everything from service to accommodations and everything in-between was stellar! Worth every penny asked for!

Hotel on good place silent part of lido di jesolo and beach is at frint of hotel

Sunbad system in the hotel, hotel has around about 30ea sunbed pair with umbrella. So not enough and not compare with the numbers of rooms. System is hotel gives sunbad card which is need to place to umbrella. Recepcionist give a sunbad card each day, and end of the day need to bring back card ti reception, this is the rule what is communicate to me. But as i see and feel who spent more time in hotel bar and pay lot or who are german or visible see guy is rich that persons has fixed card not need to give back at and of the day. So that persons always have place and they has choice to chose a better place. If you are lucky you have card, but no place in hotel beach. Due hotel guests leave belongings at around beach set, no card on it but nobody knows its occupied or only they left belongings and they are in venice for sightseeing. One day no place recepcionist has 2 card, and i pleased her to arrange something and she explain me what should do and thats it hotel guest didnt follow rules :) :) empty beds no towel on it belongigs there nobody there, if you not lucky you need to go to main beach where the set is 15 euro per day.
