I initially considered giving a very low rating due to an unfortunate experience with Lady at Front Office member who was quite rude to my family and on the phone when we called her. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the manager. His exceptional service encourages me to support his efforts. The breakfast buffet & the dinners were amazing, great choice, fresh local ingredients and the staff was so attentive and kind and helpful.

The rental bikes were not in order. The tyres were low and the staff couldn’t fix it even though they tried and on the road on top of the island the pedal of one of them broke off. But as long as you don’t use the bike rental, all is perfect.

Professional and friendly approach. Location - Few minutes from beach, quite location and few minutes from local centre.

Perfect possibilty to rent bicycles for really low price but recommendation to make small service.

The hotel was close to the beach and had good facilities. Good breakfast buffet.

There was some misunderstanding regarding charges that meant we had to pay more than we thought. Although it is rated as a 4-star hotel, it feels more like a three star hotel. We couldn't get water without paying.

Great room service, sufficient but simple breakfast.

No avaíable parking places (even promotioted as no need to be reserved in advance), the private parking place fór 8€/ day. The stuff needed to pay the acommodation right after arrival (even the first night was secured with credit card). No info or service regarding beach places. Bad Wi-Fi/signál connection. Quite small room ( deluxe room).

We need more information about the beach, that the hotel don’t have a fix place or only if you stay for more then 4 nights etc… The people need more information about that…

Good location

In general it was ok, but it's not 4 stars hotel. It's common 3 stars hotel, and I think the 4th star was taken on account of the pool. Breakfast and dinner was not supper, but ok. Everything is required extra charges, for instance - private hotel's beach zone , bikes, sauna. The room wasn't clean, we found a nail on the floor and a hair on the bed. The bathroom was utterly disaster (see photos). It looks like it was built in times of Mussolini and nothing has changed.
