Location is great only a few steps away from the sea and the beach, rooms and bathroom looked great we also had balcony (thats a fine touch for relaxing), breakfast was ok, I did miss some vegetables and more choices of eggs (there were only hardboiled) but otherwise enough to get full. Also we got 2 sun beds and an umbrella for a way cheaper price than at the beach, all together great!
Everything was great except for language. Don’t write into description speaking language english if nobody is able to speak in english with you (only italian or german). Otherwise all good.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, lovely terrace for breakfast and a drink.
Breakfast could have more food options, no parking (you can park on the street and pay with EasyPark), a bit loud from the surrounding buildings/hotels.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast were excellent. Both the room and the bed were adequate. It's great to have an elevator !!
Unfortunately, no one speaks English.... There is no parking place for the car near to the accommodation .Only 500 meters from the Hotel is a car parking place that they could recommend!

Perfect location, friendly stuff. It's a no-thrills, but very nice and comfortable hotel in the centre of Lignano, close to the beach.

the location an staff was great. a parkingspot is also available for an small extra price- about 500m away overall it was a nice stay!
it was a litte bit loud because of the trash collection, and at the breakfast buffet you have not the biggest selection.
