Very nice place to stay with kids. It's very calm and not overcrowded. There was always a place near the swimming pool. The food was good. The breakfast with always the same choice, but there is a lot to chose from. For dinner there were always fish, meat, side dish, three types of pasta, many starters...it was always good. The stuff is very friendly, speaks generally Italian, German and English. The houseboat is comfortable, equiped with everything necessary. When we went to the beach we always had the places booked in the 1st raw, which was great.

The curtains could cover a little bit more the windows, so there is less light in the morning. It's true that the evacuation of water was noisy but we get used to it.

A fantastic place! The houseboats are amazing, either on the river, or in the garden...Spacious, well equipped, clean. You can't beat a glass of prosecco on the terrace at sunset... Within the resort there is a pool area, sports facilities and a riverboat with a restaurant and a sundeck. They have bicycles for rent, and even deliver breakfast to your room. I can only recommend this place. We had a really great time.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

The boat houses were really awesome, well thought out, convinient and had everything we needed. We had our privacy and comfort.

The water system is extremely loud, think airplane flush every time you wash your hands. Literally the house shakes. Don't plan on showering or using the bathroom with people sleeping, this might be a problem for families with infants. But other than that the place was a 10/10

Property is really nice. Boat houses are charming, spacious and offer beautiful experience. Keep in mind that boat house moves when other boats pass and the plumbing is really loud.

Compraing to other stays dog prices are too high for small dogs and you don’t get anything for them for this price.

Not the fault of resort - but mosquitos from the lagoon were a constant annoyance. We bought some devices from local supermarket.

- Nice and modern house boat - Comfortable location - Full of equipment in the kitchen

- The curtains in the bedroom should cover more, there were some light during the evening (and we have a small child) - Not the best for small children, too many objects at reach (ex. microwave)

Great quirky resort. Boats are well equipped and it gave us the flexibility to be a bit more self catered.

whenever you flush the toilet and release water down a sink the waste disposal is noisy and can be a bit smelly.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Amazing location, and the house boat was in great condition.

Literally nothing...

The Basketball Court was fantastic ... we played for hours every day! (Only the volleyball pole made no sense and become definitely dangerous when actually playing on the entire field!)
