The location - great pool with a bar Room size is good.

Breakfast is not 4 stars and very poor; there are no eggs or bacon and there was only 1 kind of cooked ham and 1 kind of salami. Fresh fruit is available.

The location was great. Friendly staff and very clean.

A bit disappointed about the sun umbrellas, when was windy they couldn’t open it and it was very very hot for a few days and not shadow at all. We were expose under sun in pick hours and with a 3 years old and an elderly woman it wasn’t the best. Also they should put a bit of music and organise a mini club for the kids just to entertaining them a bit more and make parents stays more enjoyable 😊

Location & pool - although you are around the most amazing water it is nice to have a pool to relax in the hot Italian summer. Great cocktails!!

The restaurant was good, however there are so many better places to eat for dinner. Breakfast was good

For our last night on the island of Lipari it was a great experience. The hotel is great, with a huge swimming pool, a bar next to it, nice room with efficient A/C, powerful wifi and ideal location since it's at walking distance form the port and from the main city street with all restaurants, bars and shops. But the best is the staff: everybody is extremely nice, with a real attention to the customers. They want to help and do it so nicely, speaking English or French (our lenguage). They book one of the best restaurant for us (I didn't manage to do it myself) and brought our breakfast in a bag at the Ferry Terminal since we had no time to take it to go. This kind of service is really exceptional so I want to send a special thank you to the front desk team (and the shuttle driver too). This was an awesome experience in Aktea hotel.

the service was really great, the layout of the buildings and entrances to the rooms made it feel smaller than it was, which was really nice.

the electricity board was loud in the room and it bothered my husband who is a lighter sleeper, the buffet breakfast being served was a bit awkard (but understandable with covid). Also wished there was a way to open/close the terrace door to our room rather than having to always circle around to the main entrance.

Very comfortable hotel, spacious room close by the swimming pool. Swimming pool is big and was never really crowded. Walking distance to the town center. All staff are very helpful and extremely polite. The reception can help to organise different activities and pick up from the hotel, extremely responsive and easy to communicate. Staff at breakfast/restaurant also very nice and friendly, and respectful of COVID measures

Clean, friendly hotel within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the ferry. The hotel was closing for the winter the day we left so it was very quiet.

The hotel was beautiful and very easily located to the port and main street to eat or shop. The girls at front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.
