We very much liked the familiar atmosphere in the hotel, all staff was so helpful. Our room number 109 was absolutely great, with comfortable beds, superb eiderdown, big bathroom, fridge, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. I liked the sauna, though not big, it was clean, equipped with water to drink, herbal teas and a decent relax zone. The ski room had a very efficient drying system for ski boots, all area being generously heated. The restaurant served for dinner tasty local dishes. We liked do-it-youself freshly squezzed orange or grapefruit juices for breakfast.

We missed vegetables for breakfast (e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, ruccola, lettuce, etc) as if someone tries to avoid wheat and sugar, these would be a nice addition to the local bresaola, cheese and eggs served every day.

amazing location and a great team in the hotel. Mrs Marcela from the kitchen is a great chef and Silvia from the restaurant was very careful and patient with our small 1 year girl. the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor (Jessica I think) is the most hard working and professional cleaning lady we ever met in a hotel. the Christmas Santa organized by hotel was a pleasant surprise. we felt almost as returning among friends

the ski locker needs some improvements

Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Spacious nice room with all comforts. Loved the jacuzzi and the sight from the balcony. Super central location. Tasty dinner. Nice staff helpful both before (via email) and during our stay.

Some draft from the wardrobe door which was crooked. Had some trouble drying up after using the jacuzzi, could use some cleaning/drying tools.

Breakfast was good, but unfortunately no tomato or salad!!!!! The location of the Hotell was excellent!!!

The minibar in the room was really mini size, it should be bigger!!

Breakfast / dining area had lovey views, good food and service. Play room for the children.

Dinner was great and much approciated after a long day of riding from Mustair via Stelvio. Bed was great and I slept like a baby! The location was perfect, right in the centre. Staff were wonderful and friendly. It was possibile to wash our wet cycle clothes. Great telemark photos in our room.

No hang drying so we used the bathroom towel dryer - cycle clothes do not like drying machines!

very small rooms, the sauna was very small and there was no light inside. the wet sauna wasnt warm enough
