Absolutely everything! The kindness and attentiveness of every staff member, the pool area (heaven on earth when it was almost 40 degrees outside!), breakfast, dinner in the restaurant, lunch options in the pool, the beauty of the property...The communal dinner was super nice!! I also liked the fact that they use whatsapp to communicate with the quests together with "normal reception". I also highly recommend their spa, the treatment I got was super relaxing and professionally made. We stayed for 4 nights but could have easily stayed much longer. The place feels very quiet and private. Easy access to surrounding towns such as Locorotondo by car. Despite of that, we only visited Locorotondo for one evening and stayed at the property as it was so so lovely! :) Many thanks again!

If I have to think of something, the surrounding streets of the hotel were not very good for walks, as we found many big dogs barking in the surrounding yards, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable passing them. On the other hand, the hotel has a nice little private woods that you can enjoy!

It was the most beautiful resort I have ever visited. The staff was wonderful - I enjoyed conversations with them. All my questions were addressed. Breakfast was included in the room price and it was absolutely delicious. I would love to visit Ottolire Resort again in the future.

There was no coffee/tea or water provided in our room. It would be a nice touch to have water and some small snacks provided upon arrival. If bathrobes were provided in our room - it would improve the quality of our stay even more.

My husband and I stayed at Ottolire Resort for two nights in May 2022. The resort is easy to reach by car, offering free parking as well. The room we stayed was very stylish, well equipped and spotless clean! We found the beds also quite comfortable. The staff were amazing, showing genuine interest to each customer. Breakfast with a view in the middle of an amazing nature was also fantastic! No noise pollution at all! You just hear the bird sounds. The choices offered for breakfast were very rich, fresh and home made. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant of Ottolire Resort. If you can't for some reason book a room, try at least a dinner at their restaurant! Really value for money!!! Much better than most restaurants in the surrounding! We will definitely go back to stay longer at Ottolire Resort!

Gorgeous property with a beautiful laid back, relaxing farm vibe. Stunning grounds. Great swimming pool area. We did the couples massage which was just an amazing spa/massage experience, so relaxing. Beautiful terrace for dinner and breakfast overlooking the olive orchard.

The quality of the restaurant food was average

The property is immaculate and the setting overlooking the valley is breathtaking - wonderfully serene and to top it all if a very decent restaurant and a great team looking after their guest all over the place - loved it and will be back!

The breakfast was simple but nice. The staff was very polite and friendly. The dinner was amazing! Very beautiful and quite garden. Nice place to relax.

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful & clean accommodation, gorgeous pool area and some of the best food we had in Puglia. To top it all off, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Wonderful experience!

Barking dog next door. Dinner was nouvelle cuisine ie very delicious but very pricey for small portions so we eat out.
