B&B is family run by a wonderful husband/wife combination. As with most B&B's, it's located in a residential apartment building, there is a common area elevator in the building. The B&B is nicely decorated with locally made ceramics on the walls and in the bathroom. The heat/air conditioning worked well, plenty of electrical outlets, very good hot water and water pressure. The area is fairly quiet at night. Breakfast was very good, the owners were very accommodating and served a typical European style breakfast. The location is across from the Maiori harbor and SITA Bus stop. Maiori is a quieter town compared to Amalfi, which is very crowded and overloaded with tourist walking traffic. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants near the B&B. The downtown area is just a few blocks away. Overall, a great stay at Amalba.

Great location, so close to beach and use of balcony looking over the beach. Lovely room , very functional and tastefully decorated. Lovely having breakfast on the balcony

The bed was hard and I could feel springs, needs a topper pad . Breakfast was lovely but some fresh fruit would have been nice . The owners spoke little English , so difficult to ask questions about the area. A few brochures in English would have been helpful. Otherwise everything g was perfect.

We had a really pleasant four nights there, it was super confortable, the stuff were so nice even tho they didn’t speak much English but we understood each other super well. The room was always checked and cleaned once during the day after we leave. The place was very near to the beach which was perfect for us.

The breakfast was fine but it needs more variety, there isn’t much choices and most stuff are sweet, which is kinda not enough for someone who prefers salty breakfast.

Everything was extremely clean, woman comes to clean the bathroom and room everyday; staff is amazing and smiley even though they don't speak English, breakfast was homemade and very nice

The building itself seems a bit dodgy to be honest I was a bit scared, also they should definitely change the front door key as it was so so hard to open it I even had to call the owner to come help me open the door

The location was perfect! A few steps from the port. Lucia, Rita and Gaitano were exceptional 👏 . Breakfast is very good! Room super clean! 👌 price was the best! We loved Maiori!

The mattress was a little too firm for us, but we always got there so tired that it did not bother us.

Staff is very friendly. Maiori is a nice village and the location of the hotel is close to the beach. There was also a craft beer place, Terra Mia. Breakfast is also high quality.

Elevator stinks. Use the stairs. This is not the fault of the owner but the building.

Centrally located on the Amalfi coast made it very accommodating to get everywhere. Even within Maiori it is in a perfect location to the beach, ferries and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You will love it.

This is not a full service hotel, which we didn't expect it to be.

It was clean. Location was great, near to the beach, near to the restaurants and bus station. breakfast is simple but nice. For the price everything was great.

Everything was really great. Clean room, beautiful view from breakfast terrasse. In front of sea. Perfect breakfast - hot fresh croisant, toasts, fruits, caffe or capucino. The room was cleaned every day. Perfect location

Very good location, close to beach, harbor, bus stops and center of the town. Ladies from the staff very nice and helpful. Good breakfast on the balcony with the see view. And every day freshly baked cornetto!
