This is the second time we spent at this hotel. Breakfast is perfect. Just orange juice we brought ourselves this time. Everything else is absolutely super. Beautiful view on the lake if you take a seaview room. The Rooms are very nicely renovated and this time also the bathroom was completely new but you need to be aware that the bathroom and the shower are not big. Bed and sheets are very comfy. Good TV's with Netflix installed. Hotel garage for the car. Direct access to the beach via a tunnel below the street. We love this Hotel and we will come back. Food is good too. We never noticed the street when the window was closed. Fotos show exactly what you get. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The owner is super friendly and you notice the passion he puts in this hotel.

Since we have been there already there is nothing we complain about. We knew what we got. But you need a vehicle because it is a bit away from the village. But this is also a good aspect because you're away from the crowd. Another thing is that the garage is quite narrow but at lake garda you can be glad to have a parking lot. The package is perfect for us. The main negative thing is really the bad Orange Juice which doesn't fit to this super extraordinary fresh breakfast.

Firstly we were late to check in as our flight was delayed and owners/manager stayed up late and sorted us a parking place. Genuinely even though we spoke different languages the owners/ staff seemed to care. Also imagine first week of school holidays and no one or only a few people using the pool with the views of the mountains. Great location to explore Lake Garda and water sports on doorstep or a small drive to various centres, can try everything. For school holidays this is a great option. Great little tunnel to avoid road. Also we visited Venice by Road as well as the Dolomites. Hotel exceeded expectations as long as you are realistic in them.

Road close by, Car is helpful

We stayed in a quadruple room which had sea views but unfortunately no balcony overlooking the lake which was disappointing. How ever, the room was big and comfortable for 4 people. The lady on reception, Chiara and the chap in charge of the restaurant, Tobia were both great and made our stay exceptional! Pool is a real bonus and not that busy. Lake is just across the road and there is an underpass to get there. We took our paddle board down to the lake which was pretty easy. Restaurant was really good. We ate there 3 nights out of 7. Beer was €5.5 for a large and you could get half litre wine for €10. No pizzas but pasta a bargain with lasagne for €10 euros with posher options available. Top tips: if getting the bus into Malcesine, use the tourist bus much cheaper . Parking was fine, we have an XC 90 and parked in the underground car park first day but there is parking further up the hill which was a bit easier! Breakfast is fab! Choice of eggs plus loads of other choice. No full English but you’re not in Blackpool!!

This is a really nice place to stay on holidays. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice and have an incredible view. There is easy access to the beach on the lake shore. There are lots of opportunities for water sports including Kitesurfing right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is quite ok for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is a little bit away from the nearest town Malcesine but there is a bus each hour (with a gap of about 2 hours in the afternoon). The pool area is ok but could do with a little renovation. There is no bar or snack area at the pool, which is understandable as there were never more than 2 or 3 people at the pool on the 2 occasions we went there.

Easy access to beautiful the beach of lake Garda with its clear nice water. A surfer's paradise, with a lot of surfing activates on the lake due to good wind in this area. Breakfast was very good, contained a lot of different things, not only cakes that is common in Italy. :-) Service minded staff. Nice AC in the room that was not loud as it is on many places.

The parking was always almost full, and the last parking spaces was very small. But that is kind of expected in this kind of area on the mountain. Good food in the restaurant, but a bit expensive. There is no really close by restaurant alternatives, since it is a bit outside the village.

Great Hotel, satisfying all expectations and reviews. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Location on the lake with great views from our room's balcony, restaurant and rooftop terrace. Entire staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is amazing!

As many others have noted as well, parking could be tricky for bigger cars. Number of spots is also limited, so if you come early enough before others, it's less problematic. However, hotel staff ensures that you find a parking spot in one of the available places.

The big glass wall towards the lake and the view was great, as in the pictures. The room was big and had everything we needed, electric kettle, small refrigerator, smart TV. The bathroom was clean with good lighting, hot water had good pressure. The towels were changed every day and they smelled really good. The breakfast was excellent, you could request omelette and get all the other things from the buffet. All in all, this place was a very good choice for us.

The parking in the garage was really small and narrow, we were lucky that there weren't many cars, otherwise we wouldn't fit to any of the marked places, since we had the bikes on the hook of the car.

Friendly and very helpful staff (including the receptionist, waiters and cleaners) Good location, Able to borrow bikes whenever we wanted Nice pool Good range of food on the menu for evening meals - and well cooked.

Pop music played on speakers in every corridor in the evening (we couldn’t get away from it except in our room) Our room overlooked the car park and was sometimes noisy at night

The view was breathtaking and very relaxing. the place was very quiet. the room was basic but perfect. the aircon didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem. the staff were just amazing and really made you feel at home. breakfast was a good selection and while dinner menu was the same it was good food. perfect place to relax

nothing really - just would have been nice to walk to some other restaurants but the food was lovely in the hotel. thankfully we had a car but you do need a car

Great view from our room. Wonderful breakfast (best we have had so far). Comfortable bed. Close to the pathway along the water and we enjoyed great walks right from the hotel.

Road noise, but a lot of hotels along the water/roadway would have the same issue. The hot tub is only 94 degrees, but that may be the normal setting here in Italy. We are used to the temp being 102 degrees. Could be just a difference in cultures. But too cold for us to enjoy.
