Excellent location. 2 minute walk out the back door to the Spinale Express. The personal ski locker is great. Did not use pool or spa, only had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. Beautiful facility in general. Some staff better than others. Bruno at the front desk is EXCEPTIONAL! The Head Waiter is also amazing. 2 standouts.

The rooms were super expensive for what we got, even over Christmas and NY and we paid for the upgraded room as the standard rooms looked dated on the photos. Our room was large, clean and very nice but should have had better shower and been more maintained for 1000 Euros a night. Drinks and bar area reasonable however!

The hotel location is amazing, right near the gondola and a few minutes walk from downtown. The rooms are a mix of old and new, some have been recently renovated, and some have not. One thing that I particularly liked was the balconies that each room had and the suspended sanitary (toilet, bidet). The continental breakfast was good, with a lot of options. The best thing about hotel Spinale is definitely the staff: Saverio, Evelyn, and Consuelo were literally amazing. They made our stay so special (there were 15 of us in total, so a lot of work!) Ski room was nice and easy to access from the gondola, parking was great as well.

The SPA was a little small compared to others I have been to, but had everything you would expect.

The Spa and the Wellness Center was one of the best I've seen. The massages availability and professionality of the staff was incredible. The pool was phenomenal too. The view from the room was on the lake and on the mountains, it was breath taking.

Comfortable room & bed, perfect location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice spa area. We were very happy with our stay.

Heads up that you have to reserve time at the spa in advance (they have timed entrances), and we weren’t able to get the times we wanted — but we managed to get “off-peak” times

Great location with lift, ski rental and restaurants nearby.

Gym is very small but you are likely on the slopes all day…

no kettles in room to make a cup of tea or coffee. Bar staff were rather slow and wine list at bar not great.

Fabulous modern hotel with beautiful rooms and public areas, fantastic location one minute walk to gondola, ski pass and hire. Great ski room. Pleasant short walk into the main town area. Generous included breakfast. Attentive courteous staff.

Nothing, perfect for me in every way.

The restaurant and bar staff were wonderful, the food was tasty, and it’s a beautifully decorated hotel right by the slope.

I didn’t like that the bathroom in our room had a glass wall, allowing no privacy. A curtain would have been nice.
