Acacia Palace

The property is beautifully landscaped. There are 1 pools, one for laps and the other regular. The buffet breakfast has so many choices plus a chef prorating eggs to order. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We had a deluxe room that was very large with king bed and couch and nice size balcony. The hotel’s private part of the beach is 1 block away.

For the price of the property I would think beach chairs/umbrellas would be included as part of the reason for booking this hotel was that that’s had both beach and pool.

Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The pool area is a 9 out of 10 and staff are excellent.

Hotel bar is almost non existent with no atmosphere. Carpets in hallways are dated and stained. Visability of amenities needs improvement.

The pictures are accurate. The hotel is spotless, nicely decorated, good service, nice pools, good spa, good breakfast.

It says in the description that there is a gym - it’s not. there is a treadmill, a bike and a stepping machine in a tiny corner of the spa. No weights or kettle bells or anything.

The hotel has a new infrastructure, very comfortable rooms, perfectly working facilities including AC, wide common spaces with restaurants, two large pools and jacuzzis, a small but well equipped gym, parking, access to the beach, very good restaurants and bars in a walking distance and wonderful places to visit in the neighbours: from Scicli, to Modica, Ragusa, Noto, etc. It's the ideal place for holidays, mixing relax, health, good food and culture.

Breakfast could be improved, although shortcomings are mainly due to Covid restrictions. Small attentions could be increased to better inform the guests on available services and opportunities.

The hotel and it's grounds are beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing. The breakfast buffet was amazing with food from all over. Never seen a selection like it!

I think the evening buffet could have been better. I'm vegetarian and there was nothing for me.

The pools were large and plenty of seating around, the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The gardens are beautiful.

Some chairs in the garden under trees would be good - just an alternative to being by the pool, especially in the low season

Great selection at breakfast, attentive staff, 3 outdoor jacuzzis available till late. Overall great stay!

Breakfast was the best I've seen in Sicily, and I travel quite often. The staff were helpful, especially Agatha, the housekeeper, who is amazing. Room was super clean!

Water pressure in shower sometimes was low and mini fridge was not working.
